Every time I go!!!! They mess up ridiculous. And the food is fn nasty or so not up to par, we got the loaded bowls and we didn't get half of what we are supposed to get, 2 spoonful of rice, dried hard chicken that looked like it was under heat lamp for hours or left overs from the day before it wasn't even cut up properly and hardly any tomatoes cucumber or lettuce, but veggies were fresh. Complete disappointment especially when we worked all day were extremely hungry and had to go home and make food because what we paid for wasn't very edible.

Hey guys, you may want to learn about service animals. Yes, legally you can ask about the papers. It is though like saying we are lying about our conditions. So harassing me and her was inappropriate.The other vists have been good.

This is always our stop from Oshawa to the trailer in Bancroft, or family in Pembroke. Our dog needed some water badly, we offered to pay for a cup with water. They gave us a chili bowl with water free. Always prompt and pleasant service. Bathrooms could use help but I know since this is a break stop they are abused.

I normally avoid this location as the service is generally nothing short of painful every time. On a recent unplanned visit I was served by Caleb and I feel compelled to single him out: he was positive, articulate, patient, and considerate, I was blown away. Cheers and good luck Caleb, keep up the great attitude, you will go far.

Nice location with a comfy updated interior. Clean, well spaced but with lots of seating. They have a drive thru. The food is what you expect at any Tim's. Staff is always friendly and quick.

I was the only one in the store. Ordered an earl gray tea and a Boston Cream donut. I got a Chai Tea, which I didn't realize until I was in my car about 5 kms away. I had to ask for a sleve for the very hot cup of tea. And the donut was dried out and stale. I get it was 10pm but your food should still be fresh and your orders should be correct!

Went through the drive through. Ordered an iced coffee and a medium oreo ice capp. When he gave me the so called oreo ice capp I asked where is the whip cream and oreo crumbles he had nothing to say except to assure me it was an oreo ice capp. Well there is no oreo bits to be had. It is clearly an ordinary iced capp. Paid more for something I didn't get. I had an oreo iced capp yesterday at a different location and there was whipped cream and oreos on top and oreo chunks in the drink. Not happy with this experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got a ham and cheddar sandwich. I wish I took a picture of it becouse it looked like someone threw it against the wall plus the tomatoes where white ..and the lettuce was not even covering the bun it was so small . The ham was rolled up and only on half the bun too . Not even toasted.Just a disaster.. stat away from this location they didn't know what they are doing here
