I have worked with Paul Grisé in the midst of the pandemic for my own unit - and wanted the same experience once I got engaged this past year for our new home. We worked with Paul on a luxury rental unit in between prepping to purchase. His tenacity and drive to get us what we needed and wanted in the competitive market allowed us to be at ease.
