I am highly satisfied with the treatment given by Vivienne. She is caring and genuinely wants to help people out. She is passionate and dedicated.I had severe pain in my ear and it was completely blocked with wax. She tried to understand my perspective and helped me solve the trouble that I was experiencing using ear wax removal drops.Anything to do with the ear is super complex but sometimes it is better to get them cleaned as it helps you to LISTEN BETTER.

Very helpful staff at this office. Always there when I needed them! I strongly recommend the service they provide.

Sept 2022-I went to get my ears tested. Receptionist was friendly, doctor explained everything and answered all my questions. Place was nice can't complain

My mom has recently started showing clear signs of hearing loss and I had to test her. I looked around my house for a good place and came across this one. I booked an appointment and showed up on the day of it. My mom understands English but does not speak it very well adding to that the hearing loss itself!Long story short, we met with Laura as the one to conduct the test. She went above and beyond to help my mom through her test by talking slowly and repeating words she does not hear or even simplify them when needed just to make sure she is understanding every word. Laura is an amazing human being! I am really glad I met with her cuz I came in with a lot of worry about my mom's hearing, but the way she conducted the test and how she explained the results at the end was a great relief to us!Thanks a lot Laura! I hope this message gets to her.

Norman and his colleagues were exceptionally friendly and helpful; to deal with. I would recommend them for athorough and caring experience.
