The real estate agent named Nicoleta Muresan that has a triplex listing with grossly inflated financials, there is not one realtor or investor that wont see through it in a matter of 20 seconds. The companies strategy here is to be unresponsive hoping people close their eyes and make offers at higher prices than the correct financials would allow. Let's be realistic, any genuine firm would make sure that they reviewed the prospectus and are offering genuine deals. Other agencies care about investor confidence, clearly this one doesn't and waits to bait people. Knowing the numbers are grossly off, not putting in disclosures that the numbers need verification sell a fake story to investors. You guys waste peoples time trying to sell people lemons instead of oranges. Have some ethics. Don't do business with this company, they are far from being straightforward if they arent the slightest bit concerned that they are trying to reel people in with grossly inaccurate financials. shame on you guys.

The agent did not know where New Hamburg is. He said he does not serve this area. But he could list the property because it will be on multiple listing. Furthermore he does not believe in doing open houses. I feel it is useless to list with one percent realty.
