I worked with Leigh from Florida to buy property in either Presque Isle or Caribou. Before deciding to work with him, I interviewed several other brokers although none of the brokers knew they were being interviewed. I simply selected a property because I was interested in buying, and then I get the feeling of who they were at that time. Leigh is a complete professional and because I was working from a distance, I felt he worked much harder than he would have if I had been local. However he was cheerful And informative all the time. I recommend him to anyone 100%.

I was very impressed with Leigh Smith. He did exactly what we wanted. This sale went so fast and smooth. It was very bitter sweet for me. He made everything so easy to deal with. My Mom's death was such a great loss for me. Leigh was very compassionate and kind to my family. I will never forget this. I want to thank RE/MAX for all that they have done.

Leigh helped us move from NJ to ME, I’m sure when he first got my call he thought we were crazy! Leigh took the time to show us many houses in a day with no pressure. When we decided on a house he helped with many questions and research that we needed regarding our camp. He also helped us through the inspection process as we were not able to attend them during Covid.His communication was excellent and he would text me early or late if I had any questions and answered promptly! If you’re looking for a real estate agent in Aroostook County I would highly recommend.

Mr. Leigh Smith led us remotely through the house buying process. (I was in Hawaii, my husband in San Diego and we wanted a house in Caribou Maine.) He understood just what type of house we wanted, and that we needed to be able to close fairly quickly. He was very patient throughout the process (we were like babes in the woods trying to understand all the steps). And he always kept in touch with us (one time he answered a text from me at midnight his time!) He was representing the seller, but always watched out for our best interests too. We are very happy with our new home, and very grateful for the hard work Mr. Smith did to get us into it.
