Excellent customer service. A huge thank you to Anita, who helped me and my family with our passport applications and getting access to the Hungarian Client Portal. She was very professional, friendly, patient and fast. She pointed out that my Hungarian ID card was expired which I didn't realize and she was able to renew it for me. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I wish this place could be replicated. We were very impressed with the whole process.Thank you again!

Unreal that you cannot get an appointment here by calling or booking online. All I need is a form, like other consulates, but no, I need an appointment to go in to renew my passport, and the booking system doesn't give appointments because the summer is 'full'. It was easier to get an appointment during covid. I might as well travel to Hungary and do it there at this rate.

Wonderful service with a professional and friendly staff who genuinely wish to assist you. It was a highly emotional journey for my family to claim our Hungarian citizenship for our ancestral home. All my grandparents were born in Hungary from Tolma to Vojvodina with me being the first generation born in Canada. Now my children have their ancestral roots strengthened benefiting both my family and Hungary.
