Recently rented a vehicle from this company through my insurance. They exceeded my expectations. the Lady’s at the front desk helped me out so much and explained everything to me perfectly. The gentlemen who delivered my vehicle TO MY HOME!! was extremely nice and explained everything with ease. Great family owned company would definitely recommend!

I got rental bmw 330i from this company. I got car with 272 kms range and i return the car at 267 kms thats it just 5 kms less fuel range and this company charge 40 dollars for just 5 kms fuel range . And this car make nearly 130 km range in just 20Dollars gas . Worst experience i ever had.

Very good service these guys brought me a new Honda Crv when mine got hit by a drunk driver.

Recently found myself in need of a car rental. Was referred to Certified Car Rental by a friend of a friend. I must say this was the best experience with a car rental that I have ever experienced. From the car drop off at my door to the drop off at their office. First class all the way! Thanks Joe and Team! Really appreciate all your help!

First off I would like to say that not every persons experience will be someone else’s! After reading some of this reviews I was hesitant to come to this company but I am so happy that I did.The customer service was amazing. I was treated with the upmost respect. I felt like during a very stressful time I was heard and understood. The certified car rental team were great and always answered all the questions I had. The ladies at the front were great! Love this place and will be recommending it to all friends and family!

Under no circumstances accept rent with this company in case of an accident. This is a FRAUD! This company will scam you for money without even providing a receipt or price breakdown. They charge you a lump sum fee for returning the vehicle a minute early and tithed various clauses to do so. The Customer Service" is the worst I have ever seen. STAY AWAY!Update: the best of all

absolutely disgusted by this company taking advantage of senior customers. My father was swindled by this companies greed to make extra profits. $2000.00 for 1 month of car rental.I do NOT recommend this place at all

Even though insurance is paying for this, I feel like I got scammed. Who charges you for returning a vehicle early?? If anyone does that.. you should run. As another reviewer said... legalized fraud!! And when I asked what that charge was when got the car I got a different answer to when I returned it. Just because the company puts a couple of pretty ladies up front doesn't alter the feeling in the pit of my stomach. I would never ever use this company.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about as I had a great experience with them.We got into an accident late at night and these guys brought a rental car to us to use since our car needed to be towed. They were super friendly and everything went smooth through the whole process with my insurance.Would definitely recommend them, and glad we could get a car so late at night.

100% Recommended!I unfortunately got into a car accident in December 2021 on a snow day and searched high and low for a car rental company but almost all popular car rental locations had either no available cars or over charged.The towing company that removed my car from the scene passed my information to their partner and family owned company, Certified Car & Truck Rental. I got a basically brand new vehicle the next day, delivered to my home, easy and quick. Communication and being accommodating from the start of this with Certified was spectacular.I had the car rented for 67 days due to insurance issues and even on the last couple days before returning the car to Certified, I experienced problems with my insurance yet again and Certified guided and helped me get to the bottom of it.Thank you to Certified Car & Truck Rental for everything and I would suggest anyone who gets in a problem or situation to definitely seek them out. They have locations in Barrie, Woodbridge, etc. and are more than willing to help just like they helped me.
