I happily bought a clipper there... and the clerk was chipper and friendly... but as we were finishing up, he decided to tell us a story about someone’s misfortunate clipper adventure (i think?), but aaaaalllllllll I registered were his subtle racist comments and ended up walking out of there completely shocked and appalled that people like that still exist. I won’t be giving them anymore of my money...[Edit: after reading my review, rather than acknowledging that I felt discriminated against, and apologizing for the inappropriate and unprofessional experience, the responsible parties instructed me to return my product. Wow.]

Found what I was looking for on their website and checked for stock. Quick and easy purchase.

Great place. I bought a water pik flosser from them & it came with a 3 year warranty. A piece broke inside they replaced it with a whole new one even though I did not give them all the pieces back. Melissa is a great customer service rep. Yall need to give her a raise cause shes representing yall pretty dang good. 10 1/2 ⭐⭐⭐ for me.

Very bad experience. Never repair any stuff there. Total scam. They took deposit 50$ and if after the estimation you don’t want to repair they keep 25$ for themselves, which is ok BUt i haven’t received back another 25$. scam and abusing customers. At the end the owner was screaming on me saying that I have to speak French because we are in Quebec)))) I just said we are in Canada and they can not do Stuff like that. Racism in the middle of Montreal. Unbelievable. Avoid this place. He didn’t give me the name of the technician who works there, he didn’t even want to give me estimation documents. They take your deposit then after two days call you to say- just repair your espresso machine that I’ve payed for new one 185 you need to pay 175 for repair. You say no - and they just keep deposits. They didn’t even open my coffee machine)))))))))) Total scam. And at the end I didn’t get back even my 25$))))))) and I was told to go back to my country. Very sad. But hopefully we are going to have less and less this kind of racist.1. Thank you to call me liar a couple of time.2. You said all parts was brokenWas only one small part broken ( who is liar?)3. I did say to your employee WHY She is working there- I said HOW can you work in such bad environment ( who is liar?)4. You guys took deposit 50$ not 25$ (who is liar?)5. How many times I’ve asked you about to take at least pictures of estimation from technician because you did what to provide me this document? If it was not like that (who is liar?)8. By the way I am from Belarus it’s not Russia. Take some geography classes.9. Looks like you have some job to do to improve your customer service and please stop abusing your clients.10. What can I say... An unpleasant and pathetic place. Poor customer service manners with a tendency to lecture clients. Overpriced. To be avoided.Update: Instead of taking customer feedback as a chance to improve on your communication skills, you prefer to slip away from responsibility by accusing people of slander. What a shame...

They have very friendly staff and they have a lot of cool items here ranging from electric razors, small kitchen appliances, coffe/espresso machines, blowdryer and flat irons.

Just visited this store about an hour ago and they were very nice, patient and helpful. They were even able to help me find an additional component to a razor I already have. (WAHL trimmer with interchangeable blades)During this whole pandemic I’ve gotten quite accustomed to buying everything online. It’s lonely but you begin to realize how little you actually need to leave your house. Well today I got an item that I absolutely never would’ve gotten had I not gone into the store and I received excellent service too and for that I took the time to write this Google review! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What is going on in this business? Service was so rude. Lady cashier was almost screaming on me. I just asked few simple questions about reparations. Maybe because I spoke English. I hope not((((. Very sad
