Simply disappointed with their customer service. My wife and I went to purchase some helium balloons for our sons birthday. 5 balloons total. Upon exciting the store one of the balloons popped. She went back in to ask them for a replacement and they initially refused. The manager was called and they begrudgingly agreed to replace it. We've purchased many helium balloons in the past from various locations and never had any issues that weren't of our own fault. The manager seemed annoyed at the fact she had to replace the balloon and made a point to mention that we were not allowed to come back in for any another replacements. Balloons finally in the back of the car we made our way home. While exciting the parking lot 2 other balloons suddenly popped spewing bits of balloon and some sort of clear slime all over the back seat windows and roof. Luckily for them they were now closed so we could go back even if we wanted to. One more balloon decided to pop once we entered our home. Something was definitely wrong here. I am able to accept blame when it is my fault but it is so annoying when business are rude and can't accept that they possibly did something wrong or that their product might have been defective. Never again party expert. No more birthdays or halloweens from this family. Good luck!

Don't get what I pay for online.

Good location even after their move from Montee Masson. People there today were friendly and helpful. Lots of choices from baby reveals to graduations, Halloween costumes and birthday parties.

Amazing selection of foil ballons.

Called for some information, was put on hold 20 min, hung up!
