Air Source Home Comfort

We just had our furnace replaced by Air Source Home Comfort. We were very pleased with the process from the initial quote from Paul and furnace installation with Josh and Adam. Everything was explained to us and they answered all of our questions. We were even given options on furnaces to choose from. I actually received two other quotes from other companies who didn’t provide us with any options. Was really impressed with the email and text reminders too. Thank you so much and we will see you next week when we get our AC serviced.

We were trying to get a quote for HVAC maintenance and Air Source was the one that provided prompt response. They explained the work to be done and we got the appointment set up promptly. The only issue is that we have to reschedule since the system has the wrong date so be sure to double check. However, the service call was done professionally. Kyle was very informative and explained what had been checked. He helped us reset the furnace pressure such that we are not wasting the gas. Overall we have a positive experience.

A recommendation from our neighbours led to me contacting Air Source and I was quite amazed at the service Stephen provided.I had a mysterious and erratic noise coming from my furnace which I thought would most likely lead to a total breakdown on Christmas Day, so I decided to preempt fate by getting the problem fixed earlier!Stephen came to diagnose the problem, identified the cause, ordered the replacement part, and came to install it within the space of a few days. I told him that I was flexible because this was not an emergency, which he appreciated.He is a super nice guy, young, knowledgeable, and hard working. I think the day he installed the new part he must have worked for 12 hours...I would recommend Air Source for your HVAC needs without reservation.

Great experience! Andrew was thorough and informative as he investigated and fixed our gas fireplace to ensure it was in good working order, he also kindly took the time to show me how to use the fireplace.

Stephen at Air Source was super accommodating about my last minute request about maintenance. Jake was doing it the same day without me present at home - this is how trustworthy this business is! He was very professional and left everything as if he was not there at all, except that our gas fireplace was left shiny clean :) Their price was fair and affordable too. SEARCH NO MORE this is an A+ company to call!

Just got finished working with Air Source. They were always on time and their team was super proffesional. Sandy's due diligence goes above and beyond. Brad and Adam, the crew that worked at my house were super button down. They went the extra mile to make sure the work was done properly. Great experience!

I needed a rush job for an AC Unit for my rental property, I had a tenant currently in the chalet and had to get job done quick, and with someone who understood the circumstances of not trying to disturb the renter! Stephan was able to go next day and install a AC unit and was fast, clean, and most importantly, courteous!! Not even to mention the great price! Total recommend Air Source!!! Thanks again.

VERY impressed with Air Source this today. The exhaust vent motor went on our furnace last night/this morning. Called Air Source before 8 am, we discussed the problem, identified the fix, and scheduled an appointment for 11:30. Andrew came and made the repair and was very professional and helpful. I had called the 24-hr emergency" number of another firm (sticker on the furnace) at 7:30 and they called me back at 11!!! I will be going to Air Source for all my HVAC needs from hereon out. Thanks to al for professional
