The crews and contractors were always professional and helped explain the next steps in our restoration. They were also very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to use different materials and flooring than originally planned for in our insurance claim.

These rocket scientists dropped a 2500 dollar computer at my feet from a considerable height any normal person wouldn’t drop any box holding a computer from. Don’t trust them with any electronics they do not know any “ qualified experts “ the computer came back “ cleaned “ 3 days later after it was covered in black soot on every surface. Still covered in black soot, still a fire hazard, like they just sprayed it once with an air can and closed it. They didn’t take anything apart and clean it individually. GPU and power supply still covered in highly combustible soot.
