Must try chocolate peanut fudge bar so good crispy and delicious not so sweet tho , the art gallery is behind the store meet the store owner and artist inside the shop he’s super nice very funny.

Awesome spot for food! Mac and cheese and the hamburger we're both delicious and filling! Lots of seating to enjoy outside or drive thru, would recommend!

Awesome I grabbed a coffee and it was fresh brewed. The young lady at the counter was amazing. Can't wait to check out more of their food.

Hit-n-Run Snack Shack
Stopped to take a coffee and pee break and found ourselves in a sci-fi wonderland. The Kootenay Kool Studio run by Kevin and his gorgeous wife Joi is simply awesome. Was created by a giant Dino and a Mummy. A life like horse and many more interesting props made by Kevin. Joi designs and makes the Tie & Die garments. They also display and sell art pieces made by local artists. Along with home made jams and preserves. A hidden gem just some kilometres before Lussier Hot Springs. Guys please do visit this if passing by.

Hit-n-Run Snack Shack
We stopped at the Hit-n-Run Snack Shack following a couple of hours at the beach in Canal Flats, and I must say, it wasn't our last stop during our trip. The cinnamon buns reminded my wife of her grandmother's recipe. I enjoyed the fact that they had cinnamon buns with raisins and nuts, along with a more traditional cinnamon bun containing neither of these items, and you can request with or without cream cheese icing as well. The raspberry and chocolate raspberry muffins were delicious, and contained fresh raspberries from the garden. The peanut butter bars were also very tasty and had a nice crunch to them. There is also a nice seating area. We'll definitely have to try some of their meal options the next time we're in the area.

This place, right on the highway at Canal Flats, just opened right before covid hit. The food was pretty good, the owners friendly. Inside the makers pace shop was some pretty cool stuff. I think it will be great when finished.

What great food at great value. A fantastic addition to the community! Thanks so much! I highly recommend and I can tell you the snacks are great but the dinner specials are amazing. Like I said great value likely the best in the valley.

The food is good, everything is made from scratch right away so you have to be patient. Only reason why i am not giving 5 stars is because the price are a bit high. But the woman leading this place is super nice and sweet.
