Very personable, attentive and professional service received. They were amazing in honouring the final wishes of my partner. Gwen the funeral director was empathetic, professional and caring from beginning to end. All staff seemed very compassionate and professional throughout.

Melodie at Henderson's was amazing. She walked our family through costs, had great empathy, listened and responded kindly to our questions and wonders. She always made time to meet and broke down steps we needed to take into simple, achievable tasks. I can not say enough about her care through the funeral process. I've never dealt with a funeral home before and she surpassed anything I would even expect.

My sincere thanks to Jaclynn.My husband passed away suddenly at a relatively young age while out of the country. I needed help bringing him back to Canada, and then planning a memorial that would honour his memory in a way that was lively and upbeat, where laughter was encouraged. Jaclynn was exceptional, both in helping work through the official processes required, and also supporting me in planning a special memorial reception. She was the perfect balance of knowledge, empathy, encouragement, and ideas to set the tone I was after. Many guests commented to the family that this truly was a celebration of his life. I'm very grateful that Hendersons was the first call I made, and that Jaclynn answered the call.

I've appreciated the help I've received from Jenna and all the staff here during what has been a very difficult time. Their knowledge and expertise made everything go smoothly and took a lot of stress off my shoulders knowing my Dad was being well taken care of.

Beautiful team of staff who are very compassionate, kind and respectful in all aspects. Jaclynn helped tremendously during the worst days of my life, I am glad she helped me and children so much. Offered me peace and quiet when I needed it, and offered help also when I needed it. They did not try to up sell me with anything I did not need or wanted. Always professional, gentle and kind. Have been telling all my friends about the amazing services already.
