We had our furnace and air conditioning installed today by Niall and Paul of Enercare from the Hamilton area install group. They worked diligently and expeditiately in getting our house back to a cool temperature during this heatwave. Very tiddy and professional in their work. Thanks to Doug Merrick and Devon Williams for putting the wheels in motion!

I always get amazing service from Stan Travis. He knows his stuff and is very pleasant to deal with. I specifically ask for him now. They did have to move my appointment date and it was handled VERY POORLY. It was over 2 weeks and over 3 calls to customer service to get a Supervisor to call me. Once they did call he was apologetic but a bit too late for good customer service. Thank goodness the technician I have is great.

Two technicians, Mike & Jordan, arrived right on time and did not waste a minute getting into the job. Very respectful of both my wife and myself plus went out of their way to ensure we were kept us to date as the installation carried on. It was a full days job and at the end, cleaned up after themselves and instructed us in all operations and answered any questions we had.Would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone needing professional work done.Mike Atwell

Fantastic. Mike and Jordan just finished up a 9-hour install of a new furnace and AC unit. These guys were terrific. Friendly, took GREAT care in making sure our old unit was removed without damaging the house and we’re super thorough in walking us through our new system and highlighting it’s features. I will be asking these fine gents back shortly to replace our water tank. Mike and Jordan made what would normally have been a very disruptive day for my dog, one that she will remember by making a couple of new friends. Great guys, great service, great job. Amazing.

Mike and Jordan installed a tankless water heater in my home. They also ran a gas line from my meter through a difficult ceiling and right to the place they needed it. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient. They were both very clean workers and were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend asking for them to be your installers if you are looking to get work done in the future. Thanx AA

Mike and Jordan installed new A/C, furnace and water heater all in one day! Just in time for the heat wave! They were respectful and courteous. They cleaned up afterwards and took all of the old equipment and packaging with them.

I had an Enercare service call booked for maintenance on my A/C, and the service person Lucas was great. He was punctual, professional and gave detailed explanations of everything he found. He even rolled up my hose and placed it back in its place after using it, which I had originally left on the lawn. Very helpful. I've used Enercare multiple times, and they have always been great, in their services and in their availability. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
