They only have a few gazebos in store all the rest should be available in stores instead of online only you would sell alot more of them very unsatisfied in this area of sales I had to go to Lowes to purchase one for that I give u three stars and my voice probably won't be heard anyway

I found what I wanted easily. The cashier needed a price check for a customer ahead of me but nobody would respond to her page, even though there were employees nearby. She finally went to get the price herself. She was great, the rest of the staff, not so much.

Was just browsing, but saw a few items I never saw elsewhere. Will go back when I'm not just browsing.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the staff who were working at closing time last night (Wed, May 18). The last week has been one of the worst I've had in many years. Yesterday I was so busy dealing with things extending from this, that when I arrived at Rona I hadn't realized it was so late that they were closing. Typically I'd never try to enter a store as they were closing because it feels disrespectful. I've worked retail in my past and I know you just want to cash out, clean up and go home after a long day.So thank you, for being especially kind, allowing me to grab what I needed quickly and even going out of your way to help me. It may have seemed insignificant to the staff, but for me it had a great impact and I truly appreciate it. Something as seemingly simple as a couple pieces of wood have just made one job a lot less stressful for me during a time I needed that the most. Thank you!

Had what I needed but person on the phone couldn’t find it by the item number the Trenton location gave me so I had to drive in to find it myself

Stepped into this place to take a look around . All I saw was extensively price tools.....

Went in to buy some wall paneling. No assistance to load up, and very poor service. Sarcastic staff, were more interested in their order of skip the dishes" and screwing the pooch

Was there today at 3pm. No 1 at sales desk. 2 customers ahead of me waiting. I went to cash to get assistance, she called for help at sales desk. I went back now 2 more people ahead of me and one sales associate at counter. 2 standing behind me talking . I guess they were stock people with blue vests. As I left I asked cashier I need 1 2x2 can you put in through. She said no, so I left.

Very clean, had bathroom, lots of great products!
