Sew It Fits
The alternations were done well. However, the time-management skills of this establishment are in need of improvement. The attitude I received was also very concerning. From someone who works two customer service jobs, I was very shocked to be met with condescending remarks when calling for updates about my dress. This woman put me to tears.Like I said the work was done well but I’m not sure it’s worse the emotional strain.

Would not recommend! She charged me 403.00 on alterations on a 35.00 prom dress and didn’t give a quote. If I knew it would cost that then I would’ve declined service. Then shows up at my house and gets in my face nose to nose screaming at the top of her lungs in front of my family at a yard sale and antagonizing me to fight. I would of put 0 stars but unfortunately that wasn’t an option. Very unprofessional!!!

I’ve been going to Jessica for years and have yet to be disappointed. Her ability to take a seriously ill-fitted suit and make it look like gold is underrated. She is A+ in her craft.

Wonderful service, the owner was so helpful, reliable and fast. She was able to get my wedding dress ready despite the crazy timeline she had due to my dropping the dress off only a few days before I travel for my wedding. I’d previously gone to a different person, but wasn’t happy with the result (the first 2 pictures).

Jessica did a wonderful job on some major alterations for a gown for me. The dress was my late mother's and I had it altered to fit me so I could wear it to her celebration of life. Jessica had great suggestions to get it to fit my shape nicely, and it turned out better than I expected! Really appreciate her kindness and expertise.

Had a couple bridesmaids dresses altered! The service was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. I’ll definitely be back for more alterations. The drop-in style worked perfect for my busy schedule.
