I travel from overseas and VS is my favourite shop as I find Aus isn’t amazing in their underwear.I just found quality of underwear not what it used to be anymore, stock was all over the place and very limited, staff sadly weren’t helpful at all.. the service isn’t what it used to be, which is sad.

Yesterday at around 1:30 I was at the cash register and a customer next to me was constantly yelling at a staff that they didn't do the refund properly, and they need $10 returned to them. The employee was doing their best to explain to the customer that the math is correct, even having to pull out her calculator to prove it, and the customer was not even looking. God bless that employee who remained professional the whole time, I know she was internally dying. I hope you're doing okay!

Good stuff but the most wonderful dressing rooms closed, very sad ! Customers are being sent down to the ugly fitting rooms in the basement for no reason. Disabled will have a problem going down the stairs. Absolute non sense. I will not shop there anymore.

Horrible service, called 6 times, got hung up on 4 times, 5th time the associate just put the phone to the side after answering and finally on the 6th attempt someone picked up. Also charged for an item not received and took over 3 hours of time to sort it out!

One of the best shopping experiences of my life. I do not live near a Pink store and the only store is very very far from where I live. Beautifully laid out and the store is magnificent. Product is easy to find and the staff is very polite and friendly and informative. I will definitely be back !

Staff were helpful. Had to wait about 15 minutes in line to enter, not too bad considering it was a nice sunny weekend day. They sell quality products. The change rooms were closed but they adapted their bra during method. You hold the measuring tape and they told you size based on numbers.

Great customer service! Greeters were friendly and we had several customer sales reps ask if they could help us. Staff at the change rooms were kind and helpful with finding the right sizes. Everything was very organized. It was my friends first time visiting here from Columbia and she loved it too. Thank you again!

Had a great time. My gf has big ones. She can only shop here. I had to hangout while she was doing her thing. But hey, it was all WORTH it!
