I cannot speak to the quality of the items yet unfortunately. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. The company has no phone number listed, is only open 4 days a week and hasn't responded to emails.Update- Owner replied stating items were shipped. This is false, Shipping label created only. The item still hasn't even left. Perhaps a phone number to call?

Canada Post took forever to deliver. But in the end the results of the Mustard Salt Soak and the Sore Muscle Bath Bombs. Were just that the BOMB. I've tried all different bath soaks and bombs in the past and these by far are my FAVORITE ones. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I will defiantly be a repeat buyer.❤❤❤

No happy I've ordered a lot of product on March 3rd can't get anyone to return calls about my ordered we are now March 19th and nothing!! Guess I'm going to have to drive there to find out what's going on þtally defeats the whole purpose of having g it shipped

The shower bath bombs are great in theory; in practice, they last less than a minute in a shower and leave a very mild (but pleasant) aroma for about that time, too. I tried using two and three bombs at a time to hope for a longer experience, but the outcome was the same. Sorry, there is no product recommendation from me for this product.

I love this store! Recently, I purchased an online order and there was an incorrect item. It took a few days to get a response, but once I did, they provided outstanding customer service and were able to rectify the mistake. Customer service goes a long way in today's cut throat business industry and 1890 is top notch! Thank you for your amazing products and for your dedication to your customers!

Love this place! There are so many great products (shower steamers, bath bombs, soaps, etc.) and Jenna is just wonderful. Not only is she kind and welcoming, she is also very knowledgeable and passionate about what she creates.Jenna organized workshops for some of our grade 7 and grade 8 students on the importance of natural wellness and even helped the students create their own essential scents to take home with them. They absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend her workshops. Thank you, Jenna!

1890 is the soapBOMB.COM !It is the place to go for your colourful, magical bath scents, including but not limited to Unicorn Farts :). They carry bath products as well as candles.Their prices are very fair and customer service is always responsive and helpful.Jenna is a pleasure to do business with and has been helping my local business for years. Jenna is a kind person and supports many of the local charities as well!Go team!
