I called Andrew early in the morning. He was super friendly, came in no time and made extra keys for me. Best locksmith I have got service from.

Andrew helped us out with an old (antique) door lock on an old house in Hamilton. We thought we'd have to replace it, but he was able to make it work and maintain the integrity and charm of it. Highly recommended!

My car key/house key got stolen. I called treco the next day. All I have to say is Amazing service! Jordan came same day to rekey my house doors. He was able to help in a timely fashion. He also helped me connect him to Andrew who came next day to help me with my car fob/keys. Would highly recommend to anyone in a jam like I was.

I contacted Andrew via email on a Sunday morning with a non-emergency issue (front door handle was extremely loose but deadbolt lock still worked fine) and he responded right away. He advised that he could be here on Monday morning and what the two possible issues could be and what he could do to fix them, along with the timelines for each scenario. He arrived just after 9 am on Monday and luckily it was only an internal part that had to be replaced (and he had that part with him) so he was able to complete the job very quickly. Andrew was knowledgeable, fast and efficient and a very friendly guy! Will definitely reach out again when we need an awesome locksmith!

Incredible. In today's world of poor customer service, this was a pleasure. They arrived quickly. They were courteous and professional and as a property manager, I can tell you who will be our only choice from this point on. I realise this sounds like a review from a trip to the tropics, but it's important to highlight professionalism. It's almost lost.Great work.

Andrew was incredible. Came on his day off within 20 min of calling. Did exactly what i wanted the car dealer to do for 300$ less. This guy saved me a great deal of trouble and just made everything easy.I see why I was recommended to him!

Amazing service. I locked my keys in the house and he arrived quickly. Within 5 minutes the door was open. He was willing to make spare keys for me on the spot as well. I've saved his number for future services.
