This is a truly wonderful service. Dr. Tina Chou and her team are exceptional professionals. I will never forget the kind and compassionate way she treated my beautiful little kitty. Amazing and when your little one is very sick, a mobile service is the only way to go. Thank you.

We called Toronto Mobile last minute to see if a vet could come to our home for euthanasia services for our 14 year old dog whose health drastically declined the night before. We left a voicemail and appointment request through their site and someone called us back within 30 minutes. They set up a consult call with the vet between a specific time (in our case it was between 10am to 1pm) and after you speak to the vet, you can then set up a same day appointment if it's available (they will tell you how many spots are available that day). The phone consult had a charge of $45 which was clearly communicated to us by phone and which we understood and were fine with. Dr. Tina called us just after 10am but we had heard back from another vet mobile service that we also reached out to that morning (and who we'd been in contact with the week before for a regular consult). We were able to book a home visit time with the other service so no longer needed to book with Toronto Mobile for this reason. Dr. Tina still called and spoke with us and wow, what an amazing and compassionate person she is. She was so kind on the phone when we explained we were able to schedule with another service. I hate to waste people's time so I was apologetic for that but she said no, it's okay and proceeded to say it's obvious how much we love our dog and how hard a time this is. Such an incredible interaction by phone. I wasn't expecting her obvious love and care, this was so appreciated that difficult morning. If we had booked with Toronto Mobile, I feel like it would have been a very good experience, especially during such a hard time. Dr. Tina chou and her team helped me get through one of the toughest times in my life.My cat was diagnosed with feline oral squamous cell carcinoma, with less 2 months to live. It was one of the most devastating experience to go through; witnessing him in pain, losing weight, and losing interest in his favorite thing – food. Not only was Dr. Tina and her team there to support me mentally (by providing phone consultations whenever I needed it, and also during home visits), they were also extremely diligent on ensuring that I was only spending what was necessary in providing the best palliative care for my cat, and not a penny more. What I really want to emphasize is the level of care Dr. Tina and her team demonstrated during each visit - I’ve never seen a vet as gentle as she was - she always had my cat’s best interest in mind (trying her best to limit the level of stress during each home visit, teaching me tricks to feed my cat, and making emergency medication drop offs whenever required), right down to the last moments, Dr. Tina treated my cat with the utmost dignified care. I am forever thankful for what she and her team has provided for us. Needless to say, if I ever work up the courage to get another cat, the only vet I’d trust would be Dr. Tina and her team at Toronto Mobile Veterinary Services.

When my 15 year old ginger male cat Charlie was diagnosed with renal failure, I knew, sadly, what I had to do next. But, as much as I like my regular vet, I just couldn’t face forcing Charlie into his carrying case, lugging him to the clinic, and standing on the sidewalk while I passed him over to the receptionist, never to see him again. So I turned to Toronto Mobile Veterinary Services. Dr. Tina and her nurse arrived, prepared with COVID garb and necessary equipment. But it was their calm and soft approach into my home that I appreciated most ... Charlie even walked up to them in his typical Walmart-greeter manner ... and from there the end was so gentle and stress-free for both my beloved friend and myself. I have three other cats all from the same litter and I know their days will come sometime too. I intend to call on Dr. Tina again when that happens.

Feeling grateful to have found Dr.Tina Chou and her team! Their level of care and compassion is top notch and it's a great feeling to be able to 100% trust someone with my kitties. In 2020, Toronto Mobile Vet Services gave my diabetic cat Nova quality care and went above and beyond to help me out. Their phone consult service has been valuable for me as well. For 10 bucks you can speak to Dr. Chou about any questions and review test results.My cat Cleo is half domesticated/half feral and has been held maybe once or twice before in her life. After failed attempts at getting her into a carrier and lost deposits, I called Dr. Tina Chou and her team!! I definitely should have called them first.Dr.Tina was able to calmly handle miss Cleo and administer vaccine, cut nails, do an examination, etc. After Dr. Tina left, Cleo brought me a bunch of cats toys and was extra cuddly. It's such a relief to know that a vet visit can be stress free and not traumatizing for my kitties. Thank you TMVS!!

Dr. Tina is the first mobile vet my cat Simba and I have had the pleasure and privilege of engaging. She has a gentle, loving touch with Simba and has excellent skills and knowledge. She also has a beautiful spirituality which uplifts both the animal and the guardian. Simba is currently easing his way onto a palliative care stage, and he could not be in better hands than with Dr. Tina and the men and women who form her support team.P. S. My heart goes out to the guardians who have had difficult experiences with the TMVS business model. The model is indeed strict and comes at a premium. I can only share my acceptance and belief in the tradeoff of having great pros bringing themselves and all equipment/supplies to my home every time.- Thomas Chiu and Simba -

Dr. Tina Chou and her team cared for our two cats, Napoleon and Dexter, for 7 years. They were kind, patient and cared as much for our boys as we did especially in the last 2 years when we encountered a number of health issues related to their advancing age. They very supportive every step of the way and having Dr. Chou and her team make in home visits reduced the stress for everyone.We would highly recommend the Toronto Mobile Veterinary Services.

Dr. Tina is very kind and compassionate. My cat was very timid and scared of strangers, but Dr. Tina was so gentle with her, that I could tell my cat was very comfrotble around Dr tina and her team.I would highly recommended Dr. Tina, she is very detail oriented, and very patienetly with all my questions. I can't say thank you enough to Dr.Tina and her team!!! I have a very anxious and timid cat and could not take her to see a vet. Dr.Tina is very compassionate and handled my cat with so much love and care. After our appointment, I was so surprised my cat wasn't hiding under the bed with fear and trauma! She was acting like herself and in such a positive mood - it was such a relief :) I've attached a picture of my cat (Gemma) after the appointment on her favourite pillow. Dr.Tina is also very knowledgeable and professional. The service was a bit pricey but the value I was getting in return was 100% worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend her. I can't say enough great things about how much I appreciate Dr.Tina and her team!
