I've been seeing Dr. Trim for years and she has been a great help to me and my family. I used to have frequent back pains, but after just a few sessions with her, they were gone. I had also hurt my back a few times and struggled with pain during exercise, but after just one session with Dr. Trim, my back was miraculously better. She's an amazing chiropractor and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of chiropractic care.

Dr. Trim, Dr. Colleen & Dr. Patrick are all amazing Practitioners who truly care about their patients overall well being. They are honest with frequency of visits and will take the time to explain the root of the issue and find solutions. My back pain has become manageable since becoming a patient after my postpartum pain was worst than my normal pain. My husband has been a patient for over 7 years and we have also had our toddler adjusted a few times after falls/inverted feet - the difference made is instant. I have also had my jaw, feet, elbows and ears adjusted - things you wouldn’t think a Chiropractor can help with- I wish I started coming here when I was pregnant! Also, Soledad is the best massage therapist I have been to. We have referred many happy family and friends as well and will continue to do so!

I was referred to Dr Astrid Trim by another client of hers, and am I ever please for the referral. Dr Trim's Clinic is a multidisciplinary type of practice that assists in various needs allowing one to have total health needs covered under one umbrella. Whether it be nutritional services, massage, Physiotherapy or Chiropractic they work together as a team here to ensure that needs are met on every level.I've been under the care of Dr trim for just over a month now and I'm very pleased with her expertise, her demeanor and her care. She really listens and makes an effort to understand how how you're feeling physically as well as mentally and emotionally. She's very thorough in her assessment and is honest about what she can do and doesn't lead you down any garden paths of misunderstanding. She's clear concise and professional. I really feel I'm in good hands with her and the rest of her team.

Dr Trim is the best. Our family has been seeing her over 20 years. Only chiropractor I would let work on my back. The whole team is knowledgeable and the best part is they recommend one session at a time… you don’t sign up for multiple sessions, especially when you may not need. Great place!!!!!

Dr Astrid was recommended to us . She treated my son who suffered a whiplash injury , she is knowledgeable , kind and on point .She has helped him so much , he is finally symptom free after for 3 months of enduring pain. We are happy and gratefull we came to her clinic.

Dr Trim is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever experienced. I drive 45 mins to see her! I sustained whiplash in a car accident, for 2 plus years I tried a couple of different chiropractors before being referred to her. No one could adjust my neck it was locked up so bad, I was in so much pain. My first visit to her she got it!! She is amazing!! It is worth the drive!!!
