I really think this place was a bit of a saving grace for me. It was suggested to me that I try some aromatherapy. So I went in, got a diffuser and some calming scents like lavender. The lady I dealt with was awesome and upon going home to try it out, I thought it was nice. Its been a week and I'm realizing that I'm more relaxed. It didn't dawn upon me how much I loved it until some time passed.Thank you greatly!

This is a smaller Escents location, but they have a good-sized selection. They’re prices run on the more expensive side. The sales staff flutter around like mosquitoes, even when I’m just there to browse. The store always smells great!

Their customer service is awful. Escents sends unsolicited emails and won't stop. Even after you request 8+ times for them to do so. It doesn't matter if you request them to stop sending emails through webform, email, or phone.

Everytime I go in they help me find what I'm looking for (and more).Staff are friendly, helpful and informative.The reason I docked a star is because they're always out of products I am looking for and they don't know when they're getting them in.Hope that changes soon.
