I had such a positive experience at White Satin Bridal boutique, from dress shopping to final alterations. Dominique and Shannan were always so lovely to be around. I always ended up staying long after appointments just to chat.I also did in house alterations with Sue which was such an added bonus! She was super easy to work with, gave great advice and made all the changes I asked for.

Had an incredible experience finding my dream dress with the help of white satin bridal. I found a specific dress that I couldn’t find in any stores- white satin bridal found a sample dress from Texas that they brought in so I could try it on! If I hadn’t had my heart set on a dress I’m sure I would have found one already at their store, the selection is absolutely amazing and there is a dress for every bride. They went above and beyond to make me happy, and were so accommodating with the follow up appointments for alterations. The ladies were friendly, welcoming, and the vibes were always immaculate. Love my dress and cannot wait to wear it! Thank you Shannon and Dominique for all your help.

We found a real gem when we went to try on wedding dresses for the first time at White Satin Bridal Boutique. Dominique (our bridal consultant) blew me away with her perfect eye for what types of dresses would fit best. She was very skilled and felt I could trust her within minutes of meeting her. She went above and beyond to understand how I felt in each dress and made sure I felt beautiful and comfortable. Her guidance was invaluable. The bridal boutique was incredibly cute and intimate. I highly recommend this bridal boutique.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dress shopping experience. I went dress shopping June 2020, and quickly fell in love with a dress. I had done a ton of research on the designers they carried and came in with examples in mind of what I wanted. When we walked in, I was describing to my mom and friend what I was looking for and my eye instantly went towards this dress that was hanging on the wall - it checked every single box I had. I tried it on, as well as a few others, but nothing compared to that first dress, I didn’t want to take it off.The team at White Satin was amazing the entire experience. From the initial shopping to the alterations, they were right there with me and just as excited as I was.Highly recommend for the dress shopping! The shop itself is the absolute cutest as well.Thank you so much Shannan and Erica!

Really excellent group of people, great experience, highly recommended. A group of three of us came here to get bridesmaid dresses quite close to the wedding. Everyone was kind and personable, and they truly went above and beyond - for a variety of reasons, not least of which being that we were all very unprepared for the process. Please get your alterations done here as well, because the work was incredible.Very important to note that this is a place where plus-sized folks can feel comfortable (in traditional women's sizing, I wear a 20-22/2X).

Overall, I had a terrible experience at White Satin. The appointment booking process with Shannan was great -- quick and friendly responses. The area to try on the wedding dresses was very pretty and I was excited to look for my dress. However, the atmosphere changed drastically after meeting my bridal consultant. At first, she seemed unexcited and bored. Later, when I asked questions about the dresses, I realized from her answers that she was annoyed that I did not know much about the dresses. Of course I'm not the expert. That's why I went to a bridal boutique to look for my dress with the help of an expert. Admittedly, she was knowledgeable about dresses and their material. Unfortunately, the way she treated my bridesmaids and I for the entirety of our visit with her rude and snobby comments made us feel stressed and unwelcome. In a client-oriented role, it would be helpful to be knowledgeable and still treat people kindly...
