Leaving tenants without heat for a month should be considered criminal. There are no shortage of boilers in BC. If the boiler can’t be changed without an asbestos inspection, it begs the question: how long has an asbestos inspection been needed? How sick are the tenants due to this? Arlene Chiang, you should be ashamed of yourself.PS- all of the positive reviews here are from employees of Oakwyn. These are not real reviews, and the language is so similar there’s no chance that these are organic reviews. Seems to be a condition of employment. Lame.
