I really love it, Nancy was súper profesional, I was the last customer and she took the time to give me the best service. I really enjoy it, great work, love my nails and super friendly environment. Highly recommended.

Absolutely hate this place with a passion. My younger sister went there and she asked for coffin nails with regular nail polish. CHARGED HER $60 for that which is not correct according to their pricing on their website. extremely disappointed they ripped her off so bad. The nails were bumpy and looks like i could’ve done them myself. She got taken advantage of for sure and they fell off within a week. I feel so bad for her and personally my experiences there have never been good at all. Poor service, not friendly, poor quality. Overall would never go back there!

I got these nails 2 weeks ago. Durability was good and no smell in salon but very poor filing and even no nail paint on the sides of the nails. I had artificial nails and the alignment of extensions was super bad. Staff was friendly but overall it was not worth.

I tried first time for extension nails with nail art design I loved there service also it’s been since 2weeks now my nails are perfect thank you for wonderful service

I love this place. Such friendly staff and every time I'm blown away by the quality of my manicure. They have the best selection of dip colours and the manicures last me 4 weeks, I only need to change them because they grow out. Pedicures are nice and relaxing too! I highly recommend this place.

Proceed at your own risk! While on a trip to Ottawa, I visited this nail salon to have an old shellac manicure removed + new regular manicure. I assumed the salon must be decent, with the steady stream of clients going in & out. With horror, I realized partway through that the salon cuts corners by completing omitting any sanitation procedures: Tools are not sterilized (nor even cleaned), towels/nail files are reused and technicians don't even wash their hands between customers. This puts you at risk of nail fungus, skin lesions, hepatitis or even worse! Additionally, the technician I saw completely botched the shellac removal, overzealously & painfully chipping away most of the shellac using a drill. When I got home, I removed the new nail polish and saw that my natural nails had been gouged in many places by this rough treatment, which was deeply upsetting (shellac removal should NOT cause any damage). Some of my nails have now broken and it's clear it will take many weeks for them to grow out the damaged sections. Very unhappy and wish I had been warned before visiting this salon!
