1. To rookies like us, Alex provided a lot of background information on different flooring types and characteristics - durability, ambiance, cost, ease of installation.2. Friendly service, no pressure. We had to revise delivery date which was done easily3. They honored our contractor's discount although we were doing the buying4. Excess, unused material was accepted when returned and refund given quicklyOverall, a great experience.

AA Floors were excellent to work with. They’re selection was great and we described the light/medium rustic we were going for and we got exactly what we had envisioned. Ordering and delivery were great. We had our own contractor install the engineered hardwood.

We chose AA Floors based on the google reviews. We went with the flooring they recommended and their installer. They quickly assigned an installer and when we decided to do the bedrooms as well they were quick to accommodate which I was very grateful for. Post installation, we have had a nightmare with the customer service. After less than a year multiple areas of splitting and cracking. Strips of flooring coming off. Spoke with the manger in person 4 times. Called and text multiple times. Eventually the original installer came and said we should have had the flooring installed after the kitchen was renovated and that all he could do was glue it. Haven’t heard from him since. So unhappy and disappointed.

Had a great experience with AA Floors. Was having a hard time finding a laminate that’s been discontinued by the manufactured, but I needed some to repair a damaged area. Most of the dealers I called before didn’t even bother checking with the manufacturer… they just told me it’s been discontinued and “good luck”.Thankfully, I called AA floors and Thomas went above and beyond, checking directly with the manufacturer and confirming if they still had some.I was able to order the quantity I needed and picked up the next day.I would definitely recommend.

AA floors finished our floors in one day! Super professional and kind help from Anastasia who’s new from the Ukraine. We got beautiful hardwood flooring for our cute place. The hardwood product is called Old Country. I forget which company, but I love it!!

Today the owner of the store and the owner of the new white Mercedes SUV hit my car hard with his door while I was inside as I was deciding on the Vinyl plank pattern job about $3k worth. I honked at him he waved and drove off fast. I went inside to find out who that person was and sure enough it was the owner..The very least the owner could have done was come out of the car to check for damages and say sorry like a sincere human being.BTW you scratched my paint on my door which I'm sure you already knew since you swung the door so hard in a hurry.I am debating if I should still give you my business since you were referred by a coworker.Here is the damage to my door. You can check your security camera footage at the corner of your building for proof.Update: I decided to give my business to Hardwood Giant that had better selection and better prices.

I purchased an engineered hardwood flooring, as I am unloading from my van I noticed two boxes folded in the middle. I thought it was odd, but then when the installer came and opened the boxes, most of the planks are 2-4 feet. I understand that most hardwood has mixed sizes but this is to the extreme having very few long planks. The installer opened 7 boxes to find 3 6ft planks. He said in many years running his company has never seen such a product. Everything was 2-4 feet. Then I realized that why the boxes folded in the middle as there are no long planks in them. I am extremely disappointed. This store has a large variety and I went with the sales product advertised as produced by their own manufactures they own. Completely dishonest on their sales tactics. Stay away!

We DO NOT recommend the Grandeur product!!! Buyers be VERY aware their rustic select & better" flooring is POOR at best. 60% of our product had LARGE
