I ordered a Venti size vanilla iced coffee this morning(check the tag on the cup) but I only get a Grande size iced coffee. Was gonna later for work，so I'm just noticed that when I got work place. It's the second time I got wrong drinks form this store. A bad day start with a wrong drink.

Always absolutely love the service here! Everyone is so kind. My boyfriend and I always ask for a surprise me drink of whatever our barista would like to make and we are NEVER disappointed! Thanks so much for the great service!

Fast and quick if you order via mobile order and just pick it up. Skip the drive thru line and you can be in and out within 3 minutes

Staff only friendly towards regular customers. I came to this part of city for my appointment. I thought I will have a coffee but I was surprised to see really unprofessional attitude and rudeness of the female barista. I hope the owner trains his/her staff better in the future.

Wait was the real problem I would say because i had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes in a dine-in order. It was busy I understand but 25 minutes of waiting time is too much i think for just 2 simple drinks other than that drinks were good, good staff, good interior.

Worse Starbucks in the city. It’s either drive thru or order in, it takes at least 10 minutes to get your order. The worst part you can see the employees standing around talking to other employees. Also the quality of their coffee went down the drain.

Reusable green cups are a waste of time and money as if you keep one with you, all the Starbucks won’t help to refresh the cups to allow refilling them in-store unless they are sanitized at home. Therefore most regular customers forget to clean them before a visit if kept in a vehicle and thus paper cups are more likely to get used!
