Job done very fast and no issues. Cost me $35+tax. Other places did not want to fix the tire, they said I had to buy a new one. This place did the job and did not push me into buying anything. Thanks.

Came in with My banged up monster of a kia soul for some tires. They are absolutely informative and such kind people. I appreciate the honest, hard work and i will definitely be returning for more service.

Great store!I upgraded my rims from 16 to 18 and they suggested a compatible tire spec for my rims and car. I went to canadian tire and kal tire but they were way more expensive.I saved alot here, cheap but really good tires and deal.. the service is very fast as well.

I highly recommend Save Big On Tires in Burnaby. I found this place when I had a nail in my tire. From speaking with them on the phone to dealing with them in person, the service is very friendly, sincere and speedy. I had to return a second time when I realized the wrong tire was put on my car, and they replaced it with the correct one, no questions asked...and right away. I am very appreciative of their help and good service and I will certainly use them again. A+ for great pricing and great customer service. Thank you!

We needed 4 tires and Save Big on tires had them and was beyond amazing and affordable and they were able to do it right away!! The customer service is phenomenal! I highly recommend! Thank you Safaa for being so great yesterday!

Drove all the way from Surrey since I barely found the tire size needed. Over the phone they Told me they have tires with 70-75% tire tread ,but when I got there tires were pretty much worn to the wear bar. Don't recommend.

Went to see them about a hard to find size for a decent price.. they came through with flying colors.. amazing customer service and price!! I have 22 inch Lorenzo rims not new but refinished and they treated them like they were they're own rims.. would highly recommend to friends and family..

Be careful! They could have killed my family.I came from Calgary to visit friends in Vancouver (over 1000km away). On the way to Vancouver, I had problems with the tires (bumps appeared on the front wheels). I decided to change the tires before the return journey, but I encountered problems because my size was not available in stock, and I had to wait, but I didn't have time for that.I found this service on kijiji because they had my size (255/50 r19) used in stock. I bought 4 Pirelli tires with 80% tread. They gave me a 1-month warranty (which was enough for me since I planned to buy new tires in Calgary).On May 6th, my wife, my 2.5-year-old child, and I set off towards Calgary to go back home. After 300km, one of the wheels exploded on the highway. I had to call a tow truck and take a taxi to get to the city of Kamloops (85km from the accident).As a result, the tow truck cost $600, the taxi was $250, and 2 nights of accommodation were $350.My friend, who lives in Vancouver, went to the same service to tell them about the situation and ask for a replacement tire. In the end, they gave him a tire that was just dead (there was only 10-20% tread left, and the sidewall was in terrible condition). Mr. Lube in Kamloops told me that I couldn't even drive 100km on it!This service doesn't care about you or your safety. Under no circumstances should you deal with them.
