So what can I say about this place. Just as we entered to order, they seemed to have made an error on the previous customers order and the person who greeted us was very short with us. We ordered our food which didn't take long to make. Upon arriving home we seemed shocked that for the $30 price tag the burgers barely had any toppings on them. Barely even a piece of lettuce. Did they taste good? Yes, but was left being still hungry. Could have gotten more for our money at Burger King or McDonald's. Don't think we will be frequenting this place in the future.

It was a Sunday night and after a day of cleaning neither of us were motivated enough to assemble a meal. This brought us to Vera’s Burger Shack. We walked in and were the only patrons in the restaurant, which, for us, was a pleasant surprise. The dining area was clean and the soda coolers were well stocked. The employee manning the cash register eagerly awaited our order and was enthused and pleasant to deal with. After placing our order, we sought an empty booth. The seats are in dire need of being reupholstered, but none-the-less, are comfortable. After a short wait, while we watched the sports highlights on the television hanging on the wall, our food arrived, presented to us with piles of fries and burgers bursting with toppings and sauces. We were both incredibly satisfied and full by the end of our meal, and at a cost of about $15 - $20 per person we were both content and not feeling cheated by the price point! Inevitably we will return, and I would certainly recommend that you give Vera’s Burger Shack a try.

Ordered to go. Onion was soft (soggy) and sautéed, not fried as advertised. The Vera burger came with the most pathetic single thin slice of tomato I've ever seen along with a single piece of floppy lettuce- I had to cut extra at home to add. I also had to add sauce from home to both burgers because there was so little special vera sauce" on the bottom that the patty was dry. Take-out cups aren't fully covered and have a huge sipping hole that I was worried I was going to spill in the car. Fries were good though. The rest was not up to the standard the reviews and business promise."

A standard burger joint in the neighborhood. It’s better than fast food places and it’s especially good with the beer. I hope it wasn’t so expensive, though.

Very tasty burgers. You can compose your own as you wish. Served to your table. Very nice service. It's a small place. Not much of an atmosphere but not much expected. I certainly recommend.

Nothing too special. Patty was dry and bun wasn't even warm. Fries were decent and gravy tasted like it was made from powder. Definitely won't be paying $18 for a burger here again.
