I called Carlos First Appliances hoping to get my fridge fixed. I left my number and Carlos tried calling me numerous times but my phone was having issues with the connection. When I was finally able to talk to Carlos, he spent a hour helping me over the phone. Eventually Carlos recommended me to call my fridge manufacturer to get a free repair. This advice worked and I was able to get my fridge fixed free of charge.Carlos knew that he was not going to get any money from helping me but still went out of his way to assist me. He may not have gotten my money this time but the next time I need assistance, I know who to call again.

There is a reason Carlos has been my appliance repair guy for the best part of 20 years, He is competent, ethical and a master of his craft. I've never had a call back on one of his repairs. As well he is a font of free and valuable advice! Art you should have a vacuum breaker on that hot water tank. Hey you only need a heaping teaspoon of dishwasher detergent given how mineral free our water is. The list goes on. Thanks Carlos!

WOW!! I cannot recommend Carlos at First Appliance enough. I got his name from a contractor friend of mine who said great things, and this experience was even better than expected. Extremely responsive, great communicator, super knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Gave me some coaching over the phone for half an hour (for free!) on how to fix a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly. Turns out we needed a service anyway, and he was super fast and got everything done for way less time and money than I was expecting. Definitely 100% recommend, can't say enough good things.

Extremely professional and helpful. I called after the holidays for a problem with my refrigerator when the company was busy with multiple service calls. Carlos spent a lot of time on the phone giving me instructions on how to fix the problem myself and save the wait for service call and fee. He was so great with his instructions that I fixed the problem myself. Thank you Carlos for your help.I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!This business should be last on your list to call if you need your appliances serviced. I don't normally bother with writing reviews but I'm making an exception this time. Not only were they not professional but the guy was downright rude. The call went in to this company on a Thursday morning. I heard nothing until late afternoon Tuesday when I was given 20 minutes notice that he was coming. I had to ask to leave work early because he wouldn't guarantee he would wait until I could get off work and be home for 4:15 pm. When I got home all he kept on saying was I'm only trying to help not create streess. I finally replied Yes

First Appliance & Plumbing, Carlos, is amazing. Always responds quickly, will trouble shoot a problem over the phone, provides reliable professional service, able to refer to other trades if necessary and very trustworthy. I have referred serveral friends and they have been thrilled!

Carols came the day I called and quickly fixed my washing machine. Nice guy and knows his stuff. Great to fix a perfectly good washing machine rather than having to scrap it.
