My husband and I have done a lot of renovating in our home and Rocpal has truly been the most professional company we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were so impressed with their workmanship when making us custom built-ins in our living room we decided to ask them to remodel our kitchen. We had the opportunity of ‘working’ with Christine again and she expertly guided us through our renovation. Christine, Fernando and John’s attention to detail were fantastic. Little hiccups were dealt with in a timely, professional and creative fashion. They listened, advised and at the end of the renovation, we have the kitchen of our dreams. The process from start to finish was not clearly explained and customer service does not handle the issue ensuring that I am a happy customer. This reflects lack of responsibility and integrity that they pride themselves in .It could have had a totally different outcome.

Rocpal recently completed our family room built-in wall units, laundry room cabinets and a bedroom desk area. Top notch work from start to finish. It began with our sit-down consultations with Lisa, who we found to be very approachable and knowledgeable. She responded to all our questions in a timely fashion. Fernando then carried out a site visit for detailed measurements and addressed any further questions. The installation was carried out in a professional manner with the strictest attention to detail. It ended with a final inspection by Lisa ensuring that we were 100% happy with the completed product. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of our cabinets and would definitely use them for any future projects. We recommend Rocpal for your cabinetry design and installation.
