What is going on here? One person working was in the back for the first 10 minutes of my visit. It doesn’t look like a branch so I had to ask another customer if this was in fact the bank. No place to line up so it was sort of a free-for-all when the one employee finally arrived.I assume this branch is some sort of experiment. If so, my experience points to a failure. Right on for trying something new I guess. Some ropes to show where to line up would help a lot. Also ensuring that there is at least one person at the counter would help.

Have several ongoing support requests and can’t get anyone to phone me back. Account rep will not respond to me no one at the bank will phone me back. Worst banking experience I have ever had.

In most cases in and out. These guys are completely ‘by the book’ and need to make sure everything is 100% before you leave, which I understand. Juergen and the rest of staff are always very friendly.I’d feel very confident having my money with these guys!

Although the big Dome branch no longer exists it was the best branch in downtown Calgary. I will miss it terribly. The new location does not have ATMs which is a serious no no.

You’d think that with the other branches closed downtown, they’d have more than one teller working…nope!Long lineup, and they are just fine with that.
