Birchwood Honda Regent

I recently visited Birchwood Honda Regent and had a really positive experience. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable especially our advisor Phil who went above and beyond on making sure we get a good deal. He made the car buying process really easy and was able to explain the differences and help us find the right one for our budget.11/10 I would definitely recommend Honda Regent and Phil to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

Incompetent mechanics; no compensation offered after wasting my time for a problem caused by them.Apparently they had an intern mechanic check my battery, was reinstalled incorrectly and I needed several boosts post visit. I brought it in for a follow up and nothing was solved. Third times a charm: they pulled the battery out, attached it properly this time and didn't have any issues. 6 hours of my own time wasted on these clowns.I went to a Mr.Lube after having enough and was told by one of their mechanics my transmission bolt was stripped/ not properly secured so the fluid was low and dirty.

I highly recommend going here if your looking for a vehicle I was looking for over a month for something till I went here. Phil, Brian and Skylar made it easy for me. They really did help me find the right suv for me and hooked me up with a great vehicle couldn't be happier with Birchwood Honda on regent. Great place and great people

Bought my first car from Honda Regent and had a VERY wonderful and professional experience. I worked with Phil and Grant who did above and beyond with helping me find the right car, providing helpful advice and getting me approved.The process went very smooth and thorough. Phil is a great sales person, all the calculations was broken down and explained. They provided all the answers before I even thought of asking them!Picking up my car was an easy process, my family and I were provided with great service, again we had an above and beyond experience with this dealership.
