I’ll give all Arby’s a 5-Star write up it’s hard to mess up. Not sure if this dining room was recently renovated but it looks really nice. The spicy brisket poutine was bomb, maybe a tad sweet but the sauce still bangs and has a big kick. Friendly staff and I got my order as expected. Fun location on International Ave :)

Half out food was cold by the time the other half was ready and it was brought out to us. Repeated ourselves several times while ordering and had to make multiple corrections at the window and was still brought incorrect items. Didn't seem like anyone was paying any attention or caring at all.

Surprisingly great for an Arby's. It's also super clean and well maintained, which is a treat since a lot of the other places in the area are run down.

Arby's had decent food but I find this place makes errors when you ask for a large order. When my wife and I drive from out of town to help her when she is craving it; we normally get a large order for my family and something always gets mixed up. Like get the wrong sandwich, or missing side or even extra cheese sauce when we pay for the extra. Anything over $50 that isn't a repeat of the same order, expect to have 90% off the order correct.Outside of the minor mix up, the food tastes great and some days feels better than other fast food places. Arby's company as a whole could do with an update and modernization but the food is great.I would recommend the food, just cation to check your order before leaving.

Most of the food was great! The poutine brisket wasn't all that great, too much fat left on and used in the order. The clerk/cashier was polite and courteous, plus brought our order to us, which is rare to do in a fast food restaurant.

My lady and I love Arbys. It's always a good treat. Almost always has a reasonable deal going on. I myself have never had an issue with a staff member.

I don't care what anyone says...I love my Arby's! Best staff and food. A bit of a junk show as they are readying for Reno's and decided to store it all inside the dining area.

I love Arby's, it's a shame they don't have more locations. I've stopped into this location a few times, and the food has always been good. The staff are efficient, and friendly. My only complaint is the pile of kitchen equipment/fixtures in the middle of the dining room. It's been sitting there for literally months. I mean, sure if you had some work done it might be there for a few days, or weeks, but I'm pretty sure it's been there for at least 6 months now. It It indicates lack of pride in your business as far as I'm concerned. looks as though they are closing, or in the middle of renovating.
