I'm really unhappy with the quantity of the food served. We ordered jerk chicken large and the quantity of jerk chicken in it was very less than what you get from any other place. The chicken was spread just on the surface making it look large, but it was all rice underneath it. Might be a mistake from who ever packet it. The beef Patty was good but nothing extra ordinary.

What a hidden gem in the industrial plaza! Amazing rotis, especially the amount of chicken in our Jerk Chicken Roti and Curry Chicken Roti was truly unbelievable. Not only rotis and dinners were delicious, but also how we were welcomed and served with smile and warmth.

We picked up some Pattie’s end of day and a goat roti. Goat roti was very salty (I recognize that tastes differ, just my opinion) and the roti was very doughy (more like a roti and pita cross). The Pattie’s were ok, filling on the patties could have used more flavour.

Some dishes are hit and miss here. The spicy beef patties, curry goat and oxtail are a miss, they lack flavour. The coco bread is hard, tough and a bit stale (a dozen for $11). But the jerk chicken, jerk chicken patties and curry chicken roti are delicious! The chicken in all these are incredibly tender, flavourful and perfectly balanced. I'd come back here for the chicken dishes only. A heads up that the curry chicken is not spicy at all (which I love) but those who like spicy may be disappointed.

To start off; their service was very kind, their restaurant was very clean, and their food was freshly made. Was it good...no. I won't tell you it's not edible cuz it is, it's just not for me.I ordered their jerk chicken, and never in my life have I seen jerk chicken be served in such a way. To start it came with green/yellow beans and spinners (boiled dumpling), on the side...honestly wasn't sure what was going on there. It wasn't spicy, and wasn't made how jerk chicken is made, it was cooked and served like how you'd get stew chicken and it had this taste like the chef's favorite ingredient to use is oxtail seasoning (this ain't it). Their rice and PEAS, was also falling short of a few ingredients. The portions were reasonable and the price was fair. Thank you for the hospitality, but this isn't a place I'd recommend for authentic Jamaican food, this is more of a fusion food style to me.

Always great food, freshly made in a homestyle way. I love this place. The Jerk Chicken Roti and Pattys are amazing. If you're in the area definitely stop by and treat yourself

Website says Tuesday open to 7pm.Store says otherwise… I pulled a locked door and looked into a dark business. If you are going to change hours then ok but it’s not hard to update your website. Get it together. The GTA doesn’t work on island time.Update to this… I did manage to try the food another day. Ordered Roti and got soup. Leaked all over my car seats. Then broke a plastic knife trying to cut the water logged roti shell. Absolute disaster. My perforated seats soaked up the curry and now my car has perpetual curry smell. Management was really nice about everything but that doesn’t change the product or the outcome. If there’s that much liquid in the product and that’s what you want, then consider putting a layer of rice into the box first to absorb it.

Tried the oxtail stew with rice and beans. Food is fresh and rustic. Meat is fall off the bone and the gravy is thick enough to coat the rice making each bite wholesome. The stew is not spicy but you can add their homemade hot sauce, which although fresh and spicy lacked any other flavor note (missing citrus, garlicky profile)Yet to try their patties which were flying off the shelves so must be a hot item.

Service and the people that work there are great. The food is not authentic jamacian, lacks taste and spices felt missing. They use different ingredients, and the food that is suppose to be spicy is not spicy at all lacks flavour.Would not recommend, if people are looking for great patties, I recommend patty express at Upper Canada Mall, those are great patties!!
