Backed up kitchen sink that wasn't solved by cleaning the trap. Very quick response and fit me in as soon as possible. They did quality work and ensured everything was in order before leaving. Would recommend.

So the plumber shows up to see what he needs to do the job, he meets with my wife and tells her that the job is pretty straight forward and all that we needed to do is move the washer and dryer forward so he could somehow fit in behind them to do his job. I also had to book for the city to come by and turn the water off and on which cost $100. Done and done! Plumbing time comes and he realizes he can’t do his job properly and needs more room so the washer and dryer needs to move. The only person around to help was my wife since I was at work. This entails my wife getting her hand squished and them not getting the appliance out. The day wasted so spend another $100 to get the water turned on and off by the city the next day. I get the washer and dryer out myself that evening took me about half hour. Next day went better with a different plumber who had some difficulties but got the job done. So I get the bill and I’m charged $110 for 7.5 hr plus a custom job charge of $320?? First day $210 dollars wasted not including tax… next day 6.5hr to change my water main shutoff and pressure regulator. I guess it is what it is but the first guy was unprofessional and I’m not happy with the way this went. In the end it cost me $1300 to get this fairly simple job done.
