Northern Saunas

It is fair to say that the team knows everything about saunas. Even tho I did my research before, they explained every detail about different units, their benefits and which would be the best option for me. The customer service is incomparable. Thanks to their guidance and patience, we are now enjoying our sauna almost every single day. :)

This is one of the best investments you can ever purchase! When it's chilly inside - I go in and warm up. Watch a movie and sweat. When my knees are hurting my inflammation disappears. Thank you Northern Saunas for delivering such a great product!!

I loved working with Northern Saunas during the order process, they answered all my electrical questions and shipping updates. I have to say, using our Clearlight Sanctuary 2 has been a game changer and even paid for itself in the past year by healing my body and brain. My whole family got sick from mold exposure in our very moldy home (we had mold on all levels, basement, main floor, second floor and attic) and we could not afford for all of us to see a specialist, just for our younger and sickest. We decided to invest in a Clearlight because it would help with detoxing from the mold mycotoxins for the rest of us, my husband, older son and me. I have to tell you I was so sick I was always tired, I have CIRS, which is high inflammation response, and I had brain fog and fatigue. I was doing a part time job in social work which did not pay well, but I figured it was the best I could do at the time. After two months of doing the sauna at least 3 times a week, I began to feel the brain fog lift and got my confidence up that I could find a better paying job, I got a job that was full time and paid me 3 times as much as I was making before. I have to say looking back, that our Clearlight Sanctuary 2 was the reason I was able to work in a more challenging, better paying job. I think it helped me with detoxing, inflammation and increase immune response. I have not been sick. Here in the U.S., we are not told how IR saunas can be a wonderful part to stay healthy and heal. I truly believe they work and am so grateful to have one.

Northern Saunas has truly wonderful sales and customer service reps, especially Gabriel and Alex. They were very informative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We assembled the sauna ourselves which was a bit of a challenge, but well worth it. The best part was when we were done and hopped in for our first session. We now have our own private Sanctuary. It is a beautiful well constructed product with excellent functionality. We don't have a large space, but the beautiful design with the full glass front doors makes it look great in our master bedroom. We couldn't be happier and recommend Northern Saunas to anyone who wants the ultimate VIP treatment.

The buying experience with Northern Saunas was solid - Gabriel was helpful and prompt in his responses to us around Black Friday. The one thing that was not ideal, which I can’t fault Northern Saunas for, is that the assembly instructions provided with the sauna we bought (Sanctuary I) were hard to follow and in a couple instances flat out inaccurate.

This was such a great experience! The customer service was second to none. From being patient with me wanting to mull over the price, so making sure that I dealt with the same person throughout the buying experience. Since then I have wanted/needed add on’s or questions and they have been prompt and helpful. The people are personable and kind. The sauna was delivered within the time period they told me, and it came perfectly packaged and ready to set up. Took me a bit of time to have it set up, but the instructions were easy to follow and I had that thing up in my dining room in no time! Definitely worth every penny I spent. I have Lupus and struggle with inflammation and chronic pain, this has been such a helpful tool.

Purchased a Barrel Sauna from these folks and couldn't be happier. They provided exceptional service throughout the entire process, always there to answer questions and help with the build. The Sauna is gorgeous and works very well. I installed my own metal roof to match our home. Truly a 5 star experience.
