Atlantic Superstore Coverdale Road

The most expensive place to do groceries. They have no problem jacking the price more than a dollar. They killed the pc optimum points program. 2 for 5$ or 4$ for one is ridiculous. This company is absolutely relentless and will do anything for profit. Shop local as much as you can and avoid this place

We come here EVERY time we need groceries. They have a great selection of meat and seafood, with everything but chicken on for very reasonable prices. My family LOVES the Superstore independent line of foods as well as it tends to be made with a lot less ingredients that big name brands and tastes much better. There is a small selection of electronics here too and they typically bring bigger items in like televisions for bigger sales. The checkouts are quick and everyone is very friendly.

I have been going to this Superstore for the last 4+ years and would usually go out of my way to just come to this store. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. However my last experience left me with a bad taste that now I avoid going to this store.After a long day of work I was heading home I decided to stop and a buy a few items. While checking out I noticed one cashier serving a customer and just rushed to that lane and removed my items, In my head this was the express lane and I had a few items. The cashier didn't say anything to me and stood there for like a minute while he was serving the other customer. Then the cashier on the next lane rudely says to me that its closed. She went on to say can't you see the other people are lining up here." My cashier was still serving the other customer and he said nothing but I noticed there was a sign that the cash was closed however it was put on the side where they put the plastic sticks as opposed to conveyer where it would face the customer. Fair enough I said sorry fixed their sign by putting it on the conveyer for the next customer to see it and went on to remove my items and put them back in my cart. Although I felt the cashiers tone was off but didn't read much to it and went to self check out which was also free.As I am paying for my stuff I could see and hear that cashier bad mouthing me to other customers. She knew I could see and hear her but it seem to me she actually wanted me to see and hear her going on and on about me to the other customers. I don't know this person but I have never felt so unwelcomed in my life. Since when was it ok to be rude to customers. Since when was it ok to bad mouth customer to other customers. I explained to the manager but not sure if anything was done about it.I really wanted to be fair to the other staff that work hard to uphold the store's good image I loved this store and how the staff helpful and how I would go out of my way to come to this store. However

Doesn't have google pay/wallet accessibility, even though Loblaws companies show up on googles list of retailers. CS was pretty rude about letting me know they don't have it.. With the price gouging at superstore, there should be plenty of capital available for modernization of their payment systems.

Had to move this from 5 stars to 2 stars, grocery store is great but the price gouging is outrageous and whoever works in the bakery needs to learn how to put glaze on donuts, there was literally no glaze on the donuts I picked up last week!!!

I agree with another reviewer that the layout is best I've seen. All the groceries are together and separate from the clothes, pharmacy and household goods. I am most impressed by the International" aisle. If you're from Asia

I went to Theodore & Pringle to get frames for my lenses . It was a bright clean store and Janine helped me find the correct frames . If I couldn't find any frames at the store I would've had to have the lenses sent out and have them cut to fit new frames . Janine was very professional and polite . It actually didn't take her long to find frames and also took the time to adjust my spare glasses so they fit perfect now. Thank you for your time .

I look different becuase of my cloths and my limp..I have a respectable job. I'm trying to get my groceries for the week done in the morning because of my disability. I hear on the Entercom security please call" I'm the only one in there with a few other older people. As it is early morning. Next thing I know I have security following me fake pricing stuff and looking at me. After 2 isles I asked her "are following because you think I'm going to steal something? "I wasn't rude or anything but it was getting ridiculous.. She said " I'm just trying to do my job "? Sorry for being disable Supperstore and looking displeasing to your security staff.My sincere apologies"

So I came early morning June 6 2023 and I had cart full of groceries. Bad experience with MARY from the first lane.Never coming back again. Very poor customer service. I came home check my bill and she charged me twice for bay leaves. $1:49 going back to complain it's not worth it. Driving back and forth, gas is very expensive!
