Great selection of wonderful tea but needlessly expensive for what it is. I'm not sure if their busisness isn't doing well or if staff are instructed to make as many sales as they can, but every time I go in I have products practically pushed in my face and feel like I am pressured to buy things.

Noticed the store as I was walking through the mall. The smells were amazing, which enticed me to go into the store. They were offering free samples of several types of tea, and I enjoyed the experience. The staff on duty were very knowledgeable and friendly. Most of the teas are quite expensive, but I view them as a delicacy anyways, not something you consume 10 cups a day of. They do have sales for some of their items, so look for a sale on something that catches your fancy. Samples are free, so go in and have a look for yourself, you may enjoy it just as I did.

Amazing tea store, sad to see it closing. The staff is wonderful and gave me great information about their products, especially the rock sugar. Mike and Kayla are especially great employees. They always make my drinks right and I've never felt pressured to buy anything. It always feels like they are more focused on giving me a great experience rather than making sales. The selection of tea was amazing and fairly priced considering the quality of it.

The smell when walking past and walking into the store can be overwhelming at times. The intensity seems to change from day to day. It would be pleasant if it were less concentrated. The matcha tea they sell here is by far the best!

Staff is very helpful...Great tea variations and mixtures... I might go get a iced tea right now...
