It was an amazing experience- so supportive- Seile was taking care my work- he is outstanding, beyond my expectation— made me feel home, friendly yet professional— tried to adjust everything according to my situation— he did not let me feel alone by assuring me by being available at anytime- he would response. Very heartwarming.. he provided me with a epitome and shining example of customer service-

When insurance notified them , they called and guaranteed that there would be a car for me as soon as the garage notified me that they needed my car . Just give one day notice .I called on Friday at one thirty and told them I needed a car for Monday.They said nope can’t get you one til maybe Thursday??Disgusting

Had an insurance claim. My agent set me up with a rental so I had something to get to work with. Enterprise originally said they wouldn't have a vehicle available for me for close to a week. Told them my situation. They said big dude, let us handle this for you. 2 hours later had a fresh rental waiting for me.Great service. Great vehicles. And Very accommodating.

We have rented vehicles from Enterprise many times, we have always appreciated their friendly and helpful assistance, both in person and on line. Prices are competitive and located almost everywhere for your convenience.

I would rather risk my life hitch hiking than rent a car from these people again. I was booked a rental from them through Toyota TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE for a SUV, the time comes and what do they try to give me? A tiny car. I’m 6’4, and have two kids in booster seats. Toyota was doing warranty work on my SUV so I obviously in place would like a SUV which Toyota agreed with. Enterprise failed to have one ready for me with two weeks notice, they thought a small car would be sufficient. I had to wait ALL day, which then made Toyota a day later in getting my car into a auto body shop to get the repairs done. At 4 in the afternoon.. they called me offering a PICK UP TRUCK. Like honest to god.. but at that point I had already been waiting 8 hours for something other than a car so I said fine and took it. The truck was a joke, yes it was a brand new 2021 Chevy Colorado but it had a cracked and chipped windshield, both rear turn signal lights weren’t working, and the heating system was dying. The had the AUDACITY to expect me to replace the gas in a vehicle I WASN’T EVEN BOOKED TO HAVE. If it was a small SUV like I was SUPPOSED to have, then yes I’ll replace the gas but I’m not replacing the gas in a pick up truck when I was supposed to get a SUV. Also, good luck trying to arrange anything with their drivers. There was always an excuse why there wasn’t a driver available to come get the vehicle, come pick me up, or they were ridiculously late. They are either embarrassingly short staffed, or can’t plan at all in advance. Here’s a tip, SELL MORE OF YOUR SMALL CARS, and BUY MORE SUVS & PICK UPS. NO ONE wants a small car in the middle of the winter in north western ontario In blizzard season, especially when they have a full family. Never again will I deal with them, never again.

Over the years, Enterprise has always helped me out when I needed a ride. They've been courteous and friendly.Be aware of the fuel option that they're pushing. If you choose it, you automatically pay for the 1/4 tank, half tank, 3/4 tank, or full tank, whichever you have chosen. It's not what you've used up to that amount, and then you pay the 'inflated today' regular price. It's more like you better burn w/e you chose because you have already paid for that amount whether you use it all or not. I dropped my 5 stars to 3 because they didn't explain that well enough. I thought it was they charge you what you've used, up to w/e amount you picked, and then the penalty was the inflated regular price.Good for a long trip but not for just an around town day rental.

Great experience, service and car! Definitely the best rental place in town! Had to extend the rental as my car was still in a garage and was able to extend my booking for a week in a few minutes over the phone. Price is also OK at just over 300$/week!

I had to several times voice my concerns as a customer and advocate for myself when my car was in repair and I needed a rental to get to school. To get a rental with winter tires took a long time and they ended up charging me for winters without telling me eventually my insurance authorized it but it would have been better for enterprise to tell before they charge me. Similar to another reviewer my experience is that enterprise charges you and don’t let you know it is free money after all. If you rent with enterprise expect a rocky road and to always have to advocate for your self.
