Got my iphone repaired here a couple weeks ago. Took about 45 minutes which was good and what I expected. I picked the phone up from the store after the 45 and it looked great.After that, i didnt touch it until i got home, but as soon as i started using it I noticed there was a crack in the screen and at that point i was not satasfied with my purchase at all. To make things worse I take the phone back to the store as soon as I could, I get there and they say they can do nothing for me. Not happy.

Cellairis takes their phone to the guy a few stores down to be repaired ( I know cause I saw the guy do a drop off there) and when I got my phone back it was missing a speaker, the sensor to shut off the screen and my camera had been replaced with a broken one. DO NOT TRUST ANY CELL STORE AT GEORGETOWN MALL. THEYRE CROOKED.

Received honest, friendly and helpful advice about the screen damage on my phone. I really appreciated this and will have me coming back for my phone repair needs.The screen protector sold to me was a nice thick one that works great! Thank you!

After 3 weeks from purchasing an IPhone 11 case and screen protector I tried to return the case because it was all warped around the side buttons. The man told me it was too long ago to provide a refund or replacement. Such poor customer service. I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on.

Amazing customer service and very good prices for good quality products. I went to get my phone fixed and a phone case .. my phone is now working like brand new and the case is really good quality. I would highly recommend this place . Best place in georgetown for phone services.

Hands down the best mobile store in Georgetown. Highly recommended. I went in to buy a iPhone X screen protector and for $15 it's the best I've ever bought. Very friendly and I can guarantee you it's worth it
