Wesco Glass

We had a pane of glass on our staircase combust one evening which I understand is quite rare. It would have been a simple glass replacement except the pane had a hook to it on the bottom left (see picture). We had one contractor come in and he turned down the job because it was too difficult!Wesco's Scott initially came to take a look and provided us with a no pressure written quote. Once we paid the deposit Dimitri and Smoke came and took measurements and did a paper template. They then had a cardboard template made at the shop and came back to make sure it fit. When the glass was made, Dimitri and Scott came with the final product and installed it. The final result was perfect!We were impressed by all 3 in terms of friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. Despite the job being relatively small (1 pane) and challenging (the hook") we felt valued as customers throughout the process.We will definitely use them in the future for any glass or mirror replacements."

We had a foggy Picture window and we contacted several glass companies and they all gave us window replacement quotes. All were very expensive options. Wesco suggested we simply dry between the two panes of glass, for a fraction of these prices.The two gentlemen who came were quick and friendly and, in a jiff, we we had beautiful glass again.

A window shattered in my office space, an emergency cleanup was necessary to say the least. I had called Wesco Glass for the emergency, and a technician I believe his name was Smoke? arrived in just over an hour and was quick to clean up the disaster! The technician provided my company with a free assessment which was followed up with a quote from the Wesco office within 48 hours of the damage. The technician was quick and effective and the office administrator was kind and understanding. Great service, will be picking Wesco again in the future. Thank you

HiThese windows were very challenging to have replaced given apparently unusual problems from the manufacturer, but Wesco came through beautifully. The manufacturer came through too. Pictures of the gorgeous windows attached. Many thanks to Wesco.

Some things to watch out for if you choose Wesco Glass:1. Check their work carefully. Don't settle for shoddy work.2. Check their invoice. They may overbill on hourly charges.3. Be prepared to initiate communications, particarly if you have an issue.My experience with Wesco Glass started with an estimation visit to measure the broken glass pane on my living room Window. Scott showed up on his Harley, which I thought a bit odd, but hey, maybe it was his day off. I received an estimate and was told I'd get a call in a few weeks to book the install. Install was booked for October 25th. Good so far.Two Wesco vans showed up Tuesday October 25 just after 8:15am. Dimitri and Smoke (if I recall their names correctly) were quick, too quick I later learned. They replaced the pane of glass and were driving away in under 1/2 hour. After they left, I tried the window, and... I COULD NOT LOCK MY WINDOW. On closer inspection, 3 of the 4 corners of the frame were misaligned by 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I took a few pictures.I called Wesco the next day to inform them I couldn't lock my window. Adam was apologetic and said I'd get a call the next week Monday when Scott was back. I waited. And I waited. I called them 2 weeks later, and Adam says, I was going to call you today". Whether that's true or not I will never know. We scheduled a second visit to have them fix their mistakes.Scott and Smoke showed up on Wednesday November 9. Scott acknowledged it was done poorly
