Over the summer I had Innovaled install permanent seasonal lighting at my home. The team was professional, efficient, and the lights look amazing. The cost was a fraction of what I was quoted by other companies. The seasonal exercise of putting up and taking down Christmas lights is over. We can enjoy the lights year around and change to suit the season or use pot light mode for accent and security lighting. Very happy with the end result!

If you dislike having to change light bulbs routinely and furthermore hate getting up on a ladder to do so, one should consider LED lights. With high efficiency, great light output, and a lifespan of 10 years or more, it is a no brainer.In searching for a solution to prevent a potential workplace disaster or accident while changing bulbs in my downtown office, I researched InnovaLED. Owners Bill and Phillip were available to do a free audit of my lighting needs and presented me with an estimate of good, better, and best alternatives to achieve the result I wanted. In the end, I chose a light output equivalent to what I had previously but with lower electricity costs and less time in changing many fluorescent tubes. And the best part about it was I could see when my return on investment would kick in just from savings in electricity over time!The team at InnovaLED were even kind enough to let me test drive some LED replacements to 1) compare output to my existing fluorescent tubes and 2) compare Kelvin color or warmth desired. From start to completion Bill and his team were great to work with. Chris did the install, and installation was clean and crisp very professional. Had a couple lights go dead and Bill responded with my concern within minutes and tried to help me trouble shoot the problem. After not getting them going Chris was there to change them out. One of the 1st things that made me choose Innova LED was they were by far the cheapest quotation between between 5 different companies.I was quite wary about going with the cheapest quotation because cheaper does not always mean better. But what made me feel better about my decision was viewing their social media on facebook and instagram and going through the profile and seeing the product that they install.This leads me to my next reasoning as to why I chose them to install my gemstone lighting. I had scrolled and found the owner, Bill, and how he has been in the lighting game for several years now and was quite passionate in what he does. This made me feel comfortable in who I was giving my money to.My 1st interaction with Bill was through an email and him giving me constant updates regarding installs and weather delays because it was too cold. Staying in constant contact with me was great customer service since I had already paid half of the fee to book the installation of the lights on my house.The installation process was quick, easy, and very professional by Chris and crew. Chris even took the time out of his own evening to come swing by the house to show me how the application works and it's many options.PS: the app is straight fire. So many preloaded options and customizable features that allows your house rocking the block. It is nice knowing that the app includes constant updates so that you are never falling behind to the latest trends.
