The owner of this company is a work of art! Over the last couple of years we help him out like a friend with access to equipment and discounted rates. He now owes us over 50K. When we take him to small claims he laughs at us saying his company has no money - and that he has another company that owns the assets. In the meantime he is advertising all over the radio and web. Now he sets up a third company: Groundhoggers Ltd.Talking to other hydrovac contractors it sounds like he is stiffing them too.So if you need a new sewerline maybe hire Groundhoggers Inc, Ltd, llp, co. or whatever name he is operating under - he should be able to give you a good price since he doesn't pay his bills!
