Whole Foods Market

I shop here a lot. And it's also handy with the lockers for my Amazon purchases. The supplement section is pretty good for a grocery store. Several really good ones missing, but it's not bad. The prices at whole foods, some people say so high, but really, not really, not for real food. Sure you can buy bread that'll keep for a couple months at no frills, but that stuff is bad for you.

It's a great store. Lots of allergy friendly options as always, a great hot and cold bar. The guca is delicious! No self check out though.The prices are what you expect from whole foods, the whole paycheque, but I still love it.It gave me a little piece of home away from home. If you liked this store, you need to check out the one in Austin, Texas. It'll blow your mind.

Great place for fresh flowers. Groceries are overall expensive and you have to pay for parking.

It's like management forces the junior staff answering the calls not to forward any calls to them. I called to make a complaint about an employee and asked to speak with the manager. The front desk person said they would take the complaint, and I disagreed since they are likely colleagues and management should take employee complaints. I was finally transferred to Tom who identified himself as an Associate Manager. He was very cold and uninterested in my feedback so I decided to leave a review instead. Horrible management. Many other stores have fresh organic food at cheaper prices nearby.

An Asian aged woman( black hair below the ears with dark eyeglasses)at the separate counter 1 just today was unreasonable when I was about to go to the counter. She asked if I’m to return a product which is apparently not! Then she asked me to go on queue which I have been, then she called the man behind me to pay. I’d thought that she’s on return items and I was surprised that he let him paid. I lose my line and have to go to earned line up. I wandered that she didn’t allow me to pay on her counter as I’m confident of following rules of being on queue. I asked her politely and told her that she confused me as it wasn’t fair on my part. She started being vocal with an irate tone and uncontrolled grimace, while entertaining another customer, unknowingly that we were together. The employee doesn’t have work ethics, unprofessional and doesn’t value customers with the way she projected on my concern. I wasn’t happy so I asked the other counter if who’s the manager. The Asian rude employee was screaming and started dialing the phone , arrogantly saying that I’m gonna call the manager. Those strategies that when people works in the same company, she’s confidently aware that manager would tolerate imprudence towards customers. I just left the store and she was hysterically screaming until I was at the escalator on my way out. It was terrifying that wholefoods employee was creating a scandal of raising her voice to catch everyone’s attention. I think that she should have had a training to , she’s an irate and in need of attention. Young employees were laughing at her unethical behaviour.

Whole food has great selections of fresh products! Well managed and organized!

Great supermarket on the healthy / local side. There’s a wide variety of things to chose from. They have a great cheese section, bakery section with delicious desserts and many more other things. I tried their seasonal pumpkin cheesecake which was delicious, not too ‘fatty’ and the perfect balance of sweet. Everything is nicely organised. Will definitely come back.
