Maine Inspection was an absolute dream to work with. The team really went above and beyond to meet our needs as a customer. The initial inspection was incredibly well-done and thorough. Even after the inspection, Oliver made time to talk on the phone with my husband and I multiple times, and even offered to come back for a second opinion before we finalized the sale of our home. I would rate over 5 stars if I could. Maine Inspection is well worth the investment and I cannot recommend them enough! They will not disappoint.

Jason Lamoreau of Maine Inspection was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and absolutely knew where to look, what to explore for problems, and how to explain what he found. We purchased a house with no contingencies (sometimes a must in the current market) so we didn't need a written report but we needed to know as much as we could about the house. Jason did a complete inspection inside and out and I would be shocked if he missed a single issue. We feel confident that we made a great purchase after our inspection by Maine Inspection LLC.

Never thought I'd say this about a home inspection but it was an awesome experience! Very professional, friendly, communicated extremely well, and thorough. We got the inspection report same-day and used it to generate a comprehensive list and timeline of home repairs to complete and general maintenance tasks. These guys are polished. Highly recommended!

Oliver and Tim from Maine Inspection did a fantastic job with our home inspection. They were on time, thorough, and professional. They communicated both the positives and negatives of the home very clearly. We received the report within an hour which was detailed and contained pictures of all the “trouble” areas. Their report will also serve as our guide for future recommended home maintenance. The rates were reasonable, especially compared to the peace of mind the inspection provided on some big ticket items such as the septic. I would absolutely recommend Maine Inspection to anyone looking for a detailed and thorough inspection in a timely manner. Thanks to Oliver and Tim who worked in the rain and drizzle to find the septic tank and leach field, Crystal who continued to work with us despite multiple last-minute schedule changes on our end, as well as the rest of the Maine Inspection team who have put together a great product for hopeful homebuyers like myself.

I was dreading the inspection of the big, old house what we're buying but Oliver and his team more than exceeded my expectations. I was deeply impressed with Maine Inspection. We were really lucky to be working with a crew that had a deep knowledge of old houses. They were able to quickly adjust their level of explanation to our level of knowledge (a skill almost as impressive as their house knowledge, and certainly appreciated). They were speedy and thorough, found a number of issues we missed, and were realistic in explaining their relative importance. We received their extensive, well-illustrated report within a few hours, which was an impressive feat in itself.

10/10 would recommend and will use again! Maine Inspection did an amazing and thorough job. Oliver and Greg took the time to discuss each area in detail and in a way that was easy to understand! I don't have any understanding of electrical / plumbing / construction and they did a great job making sure that I knew exactly what they were describing. They were on time, friendly, and worked quickly. Their full report was in my inbox before I got back to work! Absolutely will use again in the future.

We were so impressed with Maine Inspection! They were thorough and extremely knowledgeable, but they were also patient and friendly. I had a million questions as we were walking through the house, and not only did they answer all of them, they seemed genuinely happy to talk about it! And on top of all that, they provided us with a detailed report incredibly quickly! We feel very grateful to have worked with them and are fully confident in their assessment.

Jason was great! He was there before he needed to be, he told us what he was doing, invited us to tag along answered all our questions and made sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns before he left. He and his colleague were very thorough and professional. They made sure we understood what they were explaining. We were not able to be in person for our home inspection. We actually received a video recording and written evaluation, which was great. Made us feel like we were there and helped us feel confident about the inspection process and completeness. They made great recommendations for our new home.
