This lovely shop in Streetsville has such unique and helpful products. I have a chronic pain condition which my doctor didn't seem to be able to help me with. After taking lots of painkillers which made me sick, I began to look for natural relief. The staff at Canna Relief gave me lots of options and many worked great. I am now doing gentle exercise because my pain is greatly diminished. Thanks Canna Relief for providing real relief to people.

Great place for information and education regarding the various medical benefits and use of cannabis products. The staff are very approachable and easy to talk to. They offer a wide variety of products, cannabis recipe books, creams and lotions, CBD oils, lip balms, etc, to name only a few. Not at all a pretentious store.

The staff in very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different products and patiently answered all questions. Very satisfied with the product I decided on, it helped with pain. I will definitely shop at Canna Relief again.

We are happy to drive out to Canna Relief every month or so to purchase the products we need to keep our elderly dog's arthritis pain under control. The store is clean and organized, there is a wide range of products to choose from for pets and humans, and my favourite part is the friendly and helpful staff. The staff are very knowledgeable about hemp seed oil and make excellent suggestions and are able to answer all questions thoroughly. I am always eager to recommend Canna Relief to others who are looking for high quality hemp seed oil products and we look forward to our visits to the store. I love this little shop! I needed help with my tendinitis and I tried a few products (roll on and creams)They were exactly what I needed! Love the bath balms too!

As an inexperienced customer, I opened the 750mg CBD hemp extract 30 ml jar, and noticed it was not sealed and no Gov't cannabis symbol label. Also, the invoice I received was not an official invoice - just a calculator paper roll piece. The product did not have any effect on my pain whatsoever (tasted like cooking oil).

Pauline is absolutely amazing. Helpful, informative and friendly. I was lost before I came to her and she had everything sorted out in an hour! Got in touch of many other clinics before and none compare to the level of Canna Relief. Thank you!Edit: Here we are one year later and the renewal went smooth and easy. I could honestly pee my pants with how absolutely OVER THE MOON I am with Joanna here at Canna Relief Canada. I… I don’t even know where to begin. I had the BEST experience there, I could seriously cry.Joanna was so out of this world helpful, personable, compassionate, kind, caring, thoughtful and genuine. They simply do not make people like Joanna anymore and I feel blessed to have been able to hop into the shop today and meet her. She is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable of ALL the products and the different variations of CBD remedies, and was able to guide me and help me find the best possible products for my chronically ill mother. She knows so much about the products, but NEVER once made me feel stupid or inferior as she taught me more about oils and topicals. She’s so informative and down to earth, it honestly feels like I’ve known her my whole life, but I only just met her!!Beyond Joanna’s AMAZING service, there are lots and lots of different CBD things and paraphernalia to browse, all varying degrees of pain management etc., and all sorts of different types of those products: oils, topicals, lotions, bath bombs, drinks, snacks… you name it, Im willing to bet Joanna has it.I have such high (…no pun intended??) hopes that the products Joanna helped me pick out today will help my mother, and I KNOW I will be back to Canna Relief Canada soon for more products, or even just to chat.
