Great hair cuts but I have to give the bookings a negative rating; Mai over books or forgets she booked you. I book, I arrive on time and wait while she is working on two or three other customers. Poor way to run a business, Mai you need to remember customers books at a certain time because they have other things to do during the day.KEEP YOUR SCHEDULE!

May has been on the heart of Victoria drive for over a decade. She is hardworking, skilled and will always do her best to accommodate towards your needs. I would suggest Belle Hair & Nail Salon.

I got a really good haircut here and I have long hair. While the building and interior are a little worn, the stylists are very good at what they do and the prices are great value. Parking on Victoria Drive can be a challenge, but there is a large free lot up at London drugs about a block away.

Been going to this salon for years. All stylists are amazing. Not only are they professional they are very good at what they do & they are very friendly. Let's not forget Helen, the nail tech - she does a fantastic job on your nails. Will keep going back for sure.

My family and I would like to go here if we want anything done with our hair and nails. They are very friendly and have a reasonable price.

This is the second time I went to this Salon for my hair color and I am always satisfied to the result. The color lasted for 8 months to me and the cost is very reasonable plus the hairdresser is so professional, she’ll teach after care as well. Every person who sees my hair always ask who made it, I did recommend some of my fam & friends here and they are satisfied to the result as well.

I use to go here once in a while to do layering as Mai tends to be fairly good at it. Yesterday went to a cut and booked an appointment at 4:30. They just agreed and no ask for name or number. I shared a photo asking for curtain bangs and 1.5 inches trim. The blurred out photo is before the cut. Now it's all choppy and uneven. She cut 4-5 inches off... Also she was so rushed it took her 5 mins to cut my hair!!! It was literally an in and out factory. If you can afford more than 25$ for a cut go elsewhere please.

Wow extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I've been coming here for about 10 years and I will not be returning. She was very rude, rushed and very rough with my hair. I actually had to come home and try and fix it on my own. Paid $30 for a quik chop a 5 year old could have done. She was the only person I trusted with my hair now I'm forced to find somewhere else to go.

Mai is super talented at her job. At the beginning of your appointment Mai will ask what you want done and will give her honest opinion. She listens to what you want and always tries to achieve it. She provides tricks and tips for what to do if your hair is damaged. I strongly recommend Mai!

If you have thick and curly/wavy hair, please avoid this place. Every time I come here, they, especially Mai in particular constantly complain about how thick my hair is whenever I come to cut it and is not gentle with it at all. I get it, you’re busy, you have other clients, but I’m also a paying customer and your attitude was also not cool. I should not be made to feel bad or a burden for having thick hair.As for coloring, she bleached my hair unevenly, which is why I came out with multiple different shades of blue on both sides of my hair. I discovered this when I went to get it removed and toned by another, professional hair colorist. I didn’t get to look at it properly at the salon, but did at home and it was so upsetting. It looked nice when I styled in certain ways, but overall it looked so bad when that I could not open my hair properly.While I understand that it is not easy to color and cut thick hair, but that is your job. Everyone has different types of hair that you should know how to properly treat it as a hairdresser. I went here and got my hair coloured before and she did a great job then, but this was a HORRIBLE experience. I am officially DONE with this place.
