The folks at Scott's always make sure we're well taken care of for both of our vehicles. Since we use them for tours, it's important to get timely service and according to our schedule. They go out of their way to help and do it with a great attitude.

I transported my boat to Bloomfield for storage as soon as I pulled into parking lot a tire on my trailer blew! Pouring rain and not my specialty! Thank god this business was close by! Within minutes a young man came outside and assessed and organized having tire delivered and had it fixed first think next morning! Really appreciated the kindness and support! I will bring all my business here ongoing!!!

Though we moved to Bloomfield in 2018, it was only recently that I discovered their services when I experienced issues with the coolant in my 2010 VW Passat CC. They quickly accommodated me in bringing in my car for service on a Friday and stayed until the repair was made the next morning, when they had personal deadlines to meet for noon in Napanee. I was very impressed by their customer service and knowledge, which left a positive impression on me. I have since gone back for detailing and arranged for them to order, install and store winter tires for my new vehicle, soon to arrive. I like that they are a local family business with great ethics and customer service and highly recommend their services.

Our battery died so we called them. Not only did they have the right one in stock but offered to get the right one same day if they didn't. We were told they could fit us in immediately. So friendly! An hour later we were back on the road. Bonus points for attire, professionalism and cleanliness! Did I mention how friendly everyone was!

I have been a customer of Scott's Automotive for at least 5 years and have had stellar service every time. They really look after me, I am very lucky! They are honest and never force me to get work done that is not necessary. A really wonderful, family owned business in The County.

This was our fourth visit to Scott's Automotive and all that I can say is they have wowed us with their level of service and care. If you are looking for an honest and fair mechanic shop, one that knows what they are doing then you should consider Scotts.
