Stephen made my experience with GP Nissan much better than in the past by taking care of little things like replacing a windshield wiper blade that was a wrong fit.Thank you.

He found exactly the car I was looking for in just a few minutes I told him what I was looking for in my perfect world and I walked out with a Nissan Altima I love everything about it! When my brother took his pre-owned vehicle in for an AC service, he wasn't informed of the cost beforehand. The service was completed and the bill was sent afterward, leaving my brother with no opportunity to compare prices or make an informed decision. Unfortunately, the bill was higher than expected and my brother is now struggling to pay it off. The AC had not been tested extensively before the Springtime purchase, making it difficult to anticipate potential problems. This experience has left us both frustrated and hoping to avoid returning to the same dealership in the future.

Been dealing with Brandon at GP Nissan and he’s been really good and makes sure you are satisfied and doesn’t put pressure on you to make a decision which was very important to us. He took his time with us even when we weren’t sure we were going to buy a vehicle. The atmosphere is awesome and they are very helpful. Would recommend for sure. Put in a factory order on an awesome pathfinder. Excited!!

We had a wonderful experience with Branden Palmer who helped us purchase a van for our family. Within a week he had us driving a new to us van, that perfectly fit the needs for our family. The experience was wonderful, low stress and he helped us with everything, right down to securing great priced insurance and understanding aspects of the policy. He was great with our toddler, and helped us figure out some functions with the technology in the van after purchase. Everyone at the Nissan dealership was so nice and our son loved the kids play place. We highly recommend Branden and the entire dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle.

1) did not called me if covered under warranty or not.2) did not called me how much would be the approximate total.3) I'm not yet prepared to fixed the ac, for I don't know the cost yet.4) the speaker check-up was charged, though they found out that there is no speaker in that area. Im not sure if they know that it does not have it in the first place. The cost for this was cancelled, thanks.5) I was not told that the AC is not working during the selling period. Of course the weather was still cold in that month.6) rear rubber guard was not ordered, but I was told before that parts has been back ordered. Apparently, it is not in your system.7) I did not receive a text/email for review, my brother just send me the link. fyi, I'm the main driver and owner of the vehicle.8) when the vehicle was released, the engine was not cleaned. Which I requested it already before signing up.9) I expect a decent customer support.10) what will happen if I don't have the money to pay for the repair?11) the front seat door passenger was not fixed yet (before the AC subject). I have no hope that this can be fixed by your team.
